After 30 years of golf without a single broken club, I got my first set from Stix and had three iron heads snap off within six months despite only playing six rounds. The steel shaft construction feels flimsy and clearly isn't built to last through regular use. When you're paying for a complete set, you deserve clubs that can handle basic play, and these just don't measure up. It's frustrating that Stix markets themselves as premium when the durability is subpar. I've noticed their website only shows five-star ratings, but independent platforms paint a completely different picture that I wish I'd found earlier. If you're thinking about ordering from Stix, I'd suggest looking elsewhere and keeping your money.

Ordered a complete play set in late 2024 and enjoyed it at first, but two irons broke after just eight months of use while I was out on the course. Both the 7 and 9 irons snapped during normal shots on clean grass with no obstacles. The construction is terrible and honestly dangerous because the club heads flew off along with the balls. Picked up a full Stix set including 14 clubs and bag for roughly 1500 euros, which runs pricey with import fees and delivery. Here's what I found: Great options for ordering left or right handed clubs with three shaft flex choices and five different lengths. Everything's included: solid Driver, woods in 3 and 5, Hybrid, three wedges, irons from 5 through 9, Pitch and Putter which I actually love. The bag itself is solid quality with a cooler section and multiple pockets. Customer service really shines here. I busted my Driver and 7 iron by smacking a pole and tree. Carbon shafts are light but break easily, my bad. I ordered a new Driver but couldn't track down a replacement 7 iron on their site, so they just mailed one free with zero questions. Probably not standard practice, maybe they took pity on me, but either way impressive customer care. The black finish scratches easily, something people complained about initially, though they've now released chrome head irons. The Driver and Woods look fantastic in black but dings show up quick. Doesn't bother me much since it's surface level.

Got in on a black Friday sale but turns out they don't have current inventory available yet still advertised the deal online. Getting straight answers from them is painful and feels impossible. I've requested the order be cancelled. Responses take forever when they come at all, and it's basically just vague promises. I'll probably need to get PayPal involved to sort this mess out.
