I bought the Tripp Trapp high chair directly from their site with a 25% discount and free engraving promo. I couldn’t see where to add my daughter’s name for the chair engraving, but when I contacted customer service, they sent me a replacement part with her name, despite their policy stating you can’t after you’ve made the purchase. I thought this was so sweet! The chair itself is stylish, sturdy, and perfect for my little one to begin her weaning journey.

Absolutely terrible company with even worse produ ts and customer support, bought the Tripp trapp assembled it as to the instructions and comes out wobbly, tried man times taking apart and reassembling, contacted there customer service and was told to send videos and pics of the problem which I did, 3 weeks later still heard nothing from them, message them again which opens a new service ticket with them asking for everything I already sent them, I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone ever. For the absurd amount of money you spend on there products the quality of it should be perfect not a flawed unusable piece of trash, and their customer support is even worse than the quality of the overpriced cheaply made products that they sell. Thanks for absolutely nothing Stokke

I had an issue with the wheel on my pram and asked them to send a replacement bearing. They acted as if I was trying to scam them for a part that probably costs about 5 pence, needing all sorts of video proof that my serial number matches the receipt that I sent them.A bit of a faff when you have a baby and you're trying to quickly resolve an issue with a pram. Ended up just using an old spare pram.Also the expensive rain cover fell apart within a few months.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Stokke. I purchased a high chair and tray, but when the tray arrived it was defective and missing the pieces required to clip it into the chair—so it’s completely unusable.I contacted Stokke customer service right away and have followed up multiple times over the past 2+ weeks trying to get a replacement tray, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone or get a response. For a premium baby brand at this price point, I expected much better quality control and customer support. Once I posted here I promptly received a response from stokke apologizing for the inconvenience and asking me to resubmit my request via their reclamation process, but I already did that weeks ago and have not yet heard back so this is not helpful at all. I need a functioning tray asap.I simply want a functioning tray so I can actually use the high chair I purchased. Very frustrating experience.

Ordered a Stokke Tripp Trapp chair and newborn set but had a very frustrating experience.DPD tracking showed the parcel as delivered, however I never received the items. After checking further, the tracking now shows that the parcel was returned to the sender even though no delivery attempt was made and I was never contacted by the courier.I paid a significant amount of money for these items and expected a smooth delivery, but instead I’ve had to chase updates and still do not have the products.Very disappointing experience so far and I hope the company resolves this quickly by resending the items.

According to the estimated delivery date shown at checkout, it was supposed to arrive today, yet I received no shipping confirmation or delivery updates.I tried contacting customer service by email, but they simply redirected me to the website. On the site, the only option available was a chatbot, which was completely unhelpful and did not resolve my issue.I’m currently in the maternity ward and have no idea if or when the product will arrive. The lack of communication and proper customer support has been extremely frustrating.Update: The package finally arrived three days after the delivery date shown on the website. Until the day it arrived, there was no way to know when it would actually be delivered. As mentioned in other reviews, if possible, I recommend buying from another retailer.

I purchased a product about 3 weeks ago, payment went through but sadly no communication from Stokke or shipping partner since then.Customer service is unresponsive so I have filed a dispute for the payment with the credit card company to hopefully get my money back. I have never experienced something similar with an online purchase (in Denmark) with a reputable company.My suggestion is, if you really need stokke products buy them from third parties not directly from them as the service is very poor, which is a shame considering the quality and price of their products
