I’m on my fourth Volcano in 6 years and…
I’m on my fourth Volcano in 6 years and it’s just started blinking at me and not getting hot. It is less than a year old. It cost over £300. I use it as my prescription advises. Only me using it. I have an electric kettle that has lasted over a decade.. washing machine is in its 5th year.. why can’t you build something RELIABLE??But this premium priced “MEDICAL DEVICE” can’t survive a single year???? I got the “peace edition”. I’m not feeling peaceful right now. Already an expensive year and now my main medical device is out AGAIN????“German build quality”. Where? Medical reliability? No. Value for money? ABSOLUTELY NOTMy last one was repaired.. must cost them lots in postage, WHY NOT JUST BUY BETTER PARTS?????Utterly disappointed. AGAIN. Time to look elsewhere. MIGHT TURN THEM ALL INTO LAMPS SO THAT THEY CAN BE USEFUL AND SPREAD SOME LIGHT. Something basic and non fkng medical!!Thieves.

I opened the package
I opened the package, and never used the product once. I wanted to return it for a refund, and they refused. The issue is the heating of the plastics for a Crafty Vape can enter plastics into your lungs, and is not healthy longterm.

I honestly do not understand why the rating here is so low. My experience with Storz & Bickel has been excellent.I recently had an issue with my Venty device and contacted their support team. The process was incredibly smooth and professional. My return was approved quickly, and within 24 hours I received a brand new replacement Venty, which is honestly outstanding service.Communication was clear, the team was helpful and responsive, and the whole process felt very professional and customer-focused. It’s rare these days to see a company handle warranty issues so efficiently.From my experience, Storz & Bickel stands behind their products and takes customer satisfaction seriously. I’m very happy with how everything was handled and I would definitely recommend them.Thank you for the great support!

RMA my Mighty plus
RMA my Mighty plus sent a short video of the malfunction and instantly Storz and Bickel have despatched a new device. I was so pleased on how quick and efficient my problem was dealt with. I'm very happy with this company I strongly recommend.

Don't buy
This is a crap company that refuses to back their products. I bought a crafty+ less than 3 months ago only for it to quit working. So I contacted them to try to get it fixed and they want me to pay another 149.99$ to fix it. They said they used the receipt from the purchase order when it was bought by the vape store I bought the device from and that receipt was more then 2 yrs old so the warranty is void. It's not my fault it sat on a self for almost 2 yrs. I bought it 3 months ago. Anyway what a joke for the price these are crap with no customer service what so ever... I will never buy or recommend storz and bickle again...

I bought 2 mightys and both day error 4I emailed them and said 2 year warrantythey both food error 4 after 2 and one half years I don't think i would have spent almost 800 for both of they weren't lifetime not happy at all a company this big should repair both no charge but that's not the case

Be careful buying a device from this company purchased a mighty medic device costing nearly £300 20 months ago they are saying they don’t manufacture it anymore so it can’t be sent back but I can buy the updated one for a discounted price etc clever will never purchase again

Storz and Bickel overrated
Storz and Bickel are all about the MONEY .I bought a Crafty and used it infrequently as a back up,the battery life was pitiful from the start.It was still under warranty but S and B wanted €154 to repair it and refused to stand over their product. DO NOT BUY A CRAFTY .
