I love shopping on Stylewe
I love shopping on Stylewe. Everything has great quality and fit well. I also love the prices. My only complaint is there need to be more items provided in the Plus sizes. I have already purchased all I can in the choices provided It is past time for you to provide more choices.

Communication and delivery process is horrible
Their communication is horrible. I was told my product was out for delivery for 3 weeks. The company kept sending me a canned message resolving nothing. Finally they admitted the items were lost. I cant tell you how many "we will be in contact with you in 48 hour messages I received over 15-20 days. The items were ordered as Christmas gifts on Dec. 11, and not until Jaunary 17 did they admit the lost the merchandise (UniUni their delivery company) Then they wanted me to fill out a lot of paperwork and the decision would be up to Stylewe on how the would resolve. I had to call my credit card company to get my refund.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT YOUR COMPANY PICKED UP MY DIFFICULTY IN USING MY PHONE TO PLACE THE ORDER. THEY MADE SURE BY DOING THEIR OWN SEARCH, THAT THEY HAD MY ADDRESS CORRECTLY BEFORE SHIPPING THE GARMENT.
