The last two times I have visited the… valued employee

The last two times I have visited the Moville Iowa Subway I have had the same lady wait on me. Her name is Kim. She has been by herself both times. She is always been very professional and friendly and gave us outstanding customer service. You have a very valued employee there just wanted to let you know.

Two gentleman that works at Oceanside…

Two gentleman that works at Oceanside store off of college served by 999997 were wonderful young men. Always so helpful and caring. Their customer service is great. I never had any problems with them. Thank you to both

I had the worst experience with Subway…

I had the worst experience with Subway at5469 Sheridan Dr. Williamsville NY. #24999-0. 716-839-1515. ID Trans # 1/XA-234910. It was a delivery,,,they forgot the potato chips,,,,didn’t put American cheese on,,roll was stale, inedible to eat.Spoke to a women who was so rude. Never would I do business with her again.It was $22.24,which I should have gotten credit for.

Subway Subs corporate; no response to a complaint

I got a sub and the sandwich was awful; two slices of turkey, no cheese and it wasn't heated as I asked. I went to the Subway subs website and filed a complaint and asked for my $7.48 cents back; no response. So I filed a second complaint on their website; no response. Then I filed a complaint with the Better business bureau; no response from Subway. Finally, I wrote to the President of Subway and again; no response. And there is no phone number to call. Subway subs obviously doesn't care about the customer experience.

As a frequent visitor to this Subway…

As a frequent visitor to this Subway location, I was surprised by the unusual experience I had this time. Upon entering the empty store, I placed a simple order for a scoop or two of chicken, which I have ordered before at other Subway locations. The employee attending to me stated that she needed to consult her manager. The manager then informed me that I would be charged $15 for the entire sandwich. Although I was willing to pay, I expressed my surprise at the policy, given my previous experiences. However, the manager responded loudly and rudely, suggesting that I could purchase chicken at Dollar Tree instead. I was shocked by her reply. She then asked me to leave the store. When I requested her name and information about her supervisor, she refused to provide either. I will not be returning to this Subway location due to the manager's unacceptable behavior. I left without making a purchase and felt sorry for the other employees, who appeared fearful and helpless. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.Martin Lutheran king location in Panama City florida
