I made the mistake of giving my car loving husband a gift card for Christmas to Summit Racing. When he applied it to his newly created account it was applied to an existing account that was created many years ago with a long dead email account. A week later, 10+ calls to customer service and despite continual assurances it is fixed it is not. Last straw was 3 calls today issuance of a new gift card number. Once online it shows invalid. Another call to customer service and he was told they only update those once a week. Instead of a happy guy working on his car I have an extremely frustrated unhappy guy NOT working on his car. This is not ok. I will not make the mistake of trying to gift something from Summit Racing again.

Ordered a head gasket and head bolts. They have arrival was supposed to been before the snow storm. Except the head gasket got sent from Ohio to Los Angeles left Los Angeles just to go back to Los Angeles and get stuck there now I'm stuck in the middle of a snow storm with a busted car. I had no transportation to prepare for the snow storm. Had the gasket got here at the original date projected. Everything would have been fine. Now I'm going to lose everything. I will never use summit racing for anything again nor will I recommend them to anyone. They're incompetence and negligence wows me.

Ordered a grill from Summit Racing Equipment after waiting for 2 weeks when it said 2 to 4 days shipping they let me know that they placed the order with the manufacturer when I ordered it obviously they do not stock parts and just sell parts from other companies that they can order this really messed up my build had to go another route after it was too late do not recommend Summit Racing for anything they are irresponsible not worth doing business with period!!!!

I’ve always had good luck ordering from Summit. I’ve been shopping there since the dawn of the internet. Prices and good and they have multiple warehouses so shipping is quick.

Ok pricing. Representatives are hard to get a hold of and rude once you do. Sending a return is a nightmare. They'll constantly send you received emails after carrier drops off. Milking your return forever. 7 days after my received product email I got another email saying same thing. Tried contacting summit to clear things up but apparently iam in wrong and am stupid. Literally days whole process whould take 10 days. 500 bucks BTW not measly return

I’ll own my part — I should’ve double-checked the fitment. But Summit Racing’s customer service is absolutely pathetic. Their website said the part fit my vehicle, yet it didn’t. I reached out immediately to see if a replacement was possible. Two days later? Crickets. No response.When I finally did hear back, all I got was a lazy link and “you should have bought this.” That’s not support — that’s a brush-off. No explanation, no offer to help, no sense that they care whether I ever buy from them again.If your website gives bad fitment info, the least you can do is stand behind it or at least respond to your customers. Instead, Summit Racing proved that once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own.I’ve spent plenty with them over the years, but this was the last straw. Terrible communication, zero accountability, and a complete absence of customer service.

I bought Crossmember, that came with missing brackets for torque arm, when in the photo was showing complete set. Customer service pure joke. They said that they selling crossmembers without bracket and don't offer bracket as separate piece to buy. They refused solve the issue. After changed picture showing it without bracket in the listing. So when you buy torque arm relocation crosmember, you still can't fit torque arm. I do not recommend this company, pure scam.

UK customers be careful when selecting delivery options. The delivery option was automatically selected when i went to pay. My UK address was registered with them. It asked me where the closest airport to me was. I selected Manchester.....they delivered to Manchester airport not my home address.....a $900 order which included a $200 shipping fee has just cost me another $700 in fees from a greedy courier based at Manchester airport. Summit - you need to DELETE this option off your order system and ONLY offer home delivery - the instructions are not very clear.

I ordered an AC-Delco part from them back in June of this year, I was given a number of ship dates up until Sept 19 when they just cancelled my order without notification. I found out by checking up and saw the order was cancelled. When I called and questioned them they said it took from June to find out from their GM supplier they would not be able to fill the order.Bottom line if you need a part and they cannot immediately provide you a tracking number within a few day shop else ware. I waited for 4 months in vain. I won't be using them again.
