The customer service is amazing! The time they took to respond to any concerns was quick and they really took care of my concern so professionally . The delivery of my item was exceptional. I am super satisfied with the wig and its quality! Definitely buy more from them.

Communication is KEY
The best part so far is that they do COMMUNICATE with their customers. I am waiting to give my 100% review after they act on what they communicated and when I receive the finished product. Also to see if they refund my first order due to a timing conflict.

Perfect Wig, Amazing Service
I absolutely love this wig! Shipping was fast and smooth, and the customer service was outstanding. I emailed the company to ask about the delivery date, and Alfie got back to me in record time, which really put me at ease. When I received the unit—oh my goodness—it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The quality exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again!

Easy exchange with Sunber
I had ordered a wig that the 13x4 was not going to work for me due to wearing glasses. I sent it back and USPS managed to mess up the delivery. But the customer service rep with Sunber was very nice and we got it straightened out. The exchange wig was sent out asap. Very nice and very helpful.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I was having an issue with the hair I purchased and not only did they give me some great tips on how to care for the hair, they also gave me a partial refund. I really like the wig and look forward to trying another style in the future

Don't buy
It is so unfair to spend your hard earn money on a product that is a scam. I bought 2 wigs, and the curly one is the worst quality I've ever seen by far. Impossible to detangle, and it loses hair just to look at it. I was not going to write any review but I just want to advice other people to stay away from this company. I use expensive products; in have videos and photos.
