Everything is fine... Until you need a receipt
Everything is fine... UNTIL I need a receipt for the hotel stay... I don't think it could be made more difficult... Here's a suggestion - email me the receipt after my stay is completed. Just like every hotel and rental car company does. Why do I have to play hide and seek with your website to discover where the receipt link is hidden?

Our 8th Super.com!
This was our 8th reservation through Super.com, all eight have been perfect. Their prices are always the least expensive somehow, the reservation process is a couple of clicks once you've created an account, and the confirmations and follow-ups are thorough. They've become our go-to reservation platform. Great job!

You guys are bunch of thieves you stole my card information when I used other card for reservation and you charged different card how you did that I don’t know how and I’m filing for legal action against you

It was very easy to book my hotel on your site. I had no issues and checked into my hotel with no problems. I would recommend your site and will most likely use it again for future hotel bookings.

Don’t expect what you have paid for!
When we arrived at the hotel we were told our booking had been cancelled. We had no knowledge of any cancellation. We were then told a new booking had been made in our name but for a totally different room. We showed the hotel our booking for the room we had paid for but they refused to provide that room as it had been cancelled and put us in a small cheaper room which did not work for our needs at all. We were very disappointed and upset,
