Got a piercing from Ellen at the Leeds Briggate Store and had a nice experience. Ellen was amazing with the piercing and walked me through the process and took good care with what she did. Overall very happy with it and would come back!!

Alfie, Fragrance Counter
Today 27/3/26, around 5:15, my friend and I visited the Colchester Staine Park Superdrug. Together just browsing at the perfumes and offers. We were served my an incredible young man named Alfie who was delight! He was so attentive, friendly and professional, for a young lad in college his customer service is exceptional. He really took the time to recommend scents for our preferences, his personal favourites and a few others for fun! As a person who also works in retail; and it’s not often good feedback is passed on so I really wanted to say how great our visit was today. If you’re able to pass this positive feedback onto him personally please please do as he made such a great impression!
