Seamlessly from chat bot to a real person agent
I reached out to the chat bot and ask to speak with a real agent. An agent come on in less than 1 min. Asher Montrose was able to resolve my subscription issue effectively and explained to me what I can do. The communication is seamless and get what's needed done.

I live in Brazil and use VPN for gaming. One day it stopped working, so I had to use the support. The live assistant ALFRED HAYES really helped me solve my issue. I was able to send him photos and print screens (in Portuguese) and he was able to help me. 10/10.

Peace of mind.
I have had Surfshark on my devices for over 6 months and am amazed at all the blocked spam and the security I feel knowing that all my digital transactions are going through a VPN network. Having that security allows me to sleep better at night. There is one problem, but it was solved easily, as I could not access my mobile bank account. This was corrected easily by pausing for 5 min, 30 mins or 2 hours on the VPN network. After a time, I chose to pause the VPN; it will connect automatically. I believe that the VPN also works when in other countries. I just loaded an upgraded version today, which I know will be even better protection. I have not had any problem with the company or with the program. The price I pay for the VPN service is more than reasonable, knowing that my digiatal transactions are screened.
