Absolute scam company i ordered taps that were never delivered and i am now having a nightmare trying to get my money back do not use this company.Update - This company tried blackmailing me to remove this review before they would issue a refund, I declined to delete and then they stated they had processed the refund i have been waiting another 16 days now and still i have no refund. The customer service is non exsistant and very unprofessional avoid this company at all costs unless you want to loose your money and be treated very badley!

I bought two kitchen faucets, which are very nice, but there is a problem with one of them.Repeated emails have not been responded to.Repeated calls to their 888 and 800 numbers are not answered.Their Chat function does not respond.

This is a Chinese company based on the East Coast. Do not trust this seller. Returns are endlessly argued and no shipping label is sent upon customer request to return for full refund. I ordered a beautiful black matte sink faucet which arrived damaged on one corner. I immediately contacted Sweethome customer service and sent in the pics of proof. I heard back from them with the remark “it might have gotten damaged during shipping”. I am not interested where it got damaged but simply want to return for full refund! They wrote back asking for a pic of the box and then again a long explanation cones how the product could have gotten damaged with still no return label. I am waiting since a week now to simply be able to return for full refund.Silvana

I bought a system from sweethome247. I need a replacement water valve. It has leaked from the start. They have sent me the wrong size twice. They started by telling me they couldn't find my original order, Now they can't find the right size replacement. They have stopped answering my chats and phone calls.

I bought a shower system for over $2000. One ov the cartridges (value that turns water on and off) started leaking immediately. I called and asked for a replacement. They could not understand English. I had to use the chat feature. They promised to replace but they did not. I finally paid to get one. It was delivered. Too small, would not screw into the unit. Can’t find a replacement in the USA.

Bought an expensive tap set and the paint has started to flake off on the base. They are not corresponding or taking any action even though it is only 4 months into a 1 year warranty. I do not recommend this product especially with expensive plumbing installation. Poor

Purchased 2 of the contemporary faucets in Nov 24. One of the valve stems broke off, leaving it useless. Correspondence with Sweethome247 was started in Dec24 for replacement or purchase of valve core. Excuses including Chinese new Year then finally no response continue as of April 23/25. I have since purchased a new faucet at full price to scavage the part.

This company is such a fraud! Be aware before parting from your hard earned cash!Website looks very good and they show their products well but the consumer service and warranty is non existent.If you want to buy they talk to you, if you bring problems they ghost you. It’s a distributor in CA shipping in Chinese goods. The contact doesn’t give a phone number or a name and only helps if it’s sales.Do not trust this company! My shower failed in 3yrs and they don’t care!!

I purchased the Three Ways Kitchen Faucets Pull Out Filter Tap for Kitchen Sink in 2022. It worked very well until about a month ago when it began leaking water. I paid a plumber to inspect the leak who informed me that the leak was coming from the internals of the product and the entire faucet would need to be replaced. He informed me that it should be under warranty. This product advertises a limited lifetime warranty (residential). I have been trying to get in touch with the company over the past month. I have tried via several phone calls and emails. No one ever answers the phone when I call and there is no way to leave a voicemail. I have sent several emails to all email addresses provided on the website and have received no response. This company does not honor their warranties.
