I bought a gold Omega from Swiss Expo and it was a great experience. They gave me a very fair price on my trade, and their prices are good. I bought a Rolex Explorer from SwissWatchExpo. The watch was in excellent condition. It looked exactly like the pictures and the band length was the size specified. The watch was shipped with care and shipped the same day as purchased. I will not hesitate to purchase again from SwissWatchExpo.

Get Bent Over Elsewhere-Indefensible Customer Treatment
Started great. Picked out a watch online, confirmed availability and pricing, made an appointment for transaction, got certified funds and even SHOWED UP 25 MINUTES EARLY at 2:05 PM on a Tuesday.Cop out front told me I wasn't "on the list" and had to call from the front door. So I did. Was told the salesman was not available so I HAD TO WAIT OUTSIDE ON ONE OF THE COLDEST DAYS OF THE YEAR.Sure I was holding a certified check and wanted to buy a 20k watch immediately, the salesguy told me "Doctors don't see you early...." DOCTORS DON'T MAKE YOU WAIT OUTSIDE.Don't care where you go, but I don't reward this kind of customer treatment with my $$$$.

My second purchase from Swiss Watch…
My second purchase from Swiss Watch Expo was not satisfactory. The watch was not accurately described as a hand wind watch. It was described as 38MM x 38MM which is obviously not a common measurement in the USA. I wore it once and decided it was not right for me and talked to SWE and I was told they would buy it back at a 30% discount when I requested a full refund or store credit for another watch. They obviously do not have a liberal return policy as claimed.

Try them first
Over the past year I have had more than 10 watches traded/purchased from SwissWatchExpo. Vlad has always been my advisor and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, personable; it makes the whole buying/trading in timepieces fun to do and stress-free. The price quoted is fair and their inventory is huge. This purchase was not my only with SWE
This purchase was not my only with SWE, but was truly my best experience so far and maybe forever. I agreed to purchase Darkside of the Moon watch, and just prior to shipping they noticed something not right with the watch. It had a nick on the crystal. SWE, called and offered another Darkside, they had not even had on the website,and this also had the deployment clasp. All for same price and this was clearly a watch that would cost much more. I was leaving on a trip, so they were even able to Overnight the watch also!!. They went as far as service can go ! they covered the shipping too ! Experiences like this are rare, but its obvious SWE has great people who understand the value of service. Cannot thank you enough SWE. I have purchased from them since 2022 and did not think I could get a better experience than the previous purchases, but they did it. Getting this watch before my trip meant everything!!

Great Buying Experience and Service
This is the 2nd time I have worked with the Swiss Watch Expo Team in Atlanta…and both occasions service was second to none. Their service far exceeds the service provided my many jewelers and especially the Rolex Authorized dealers who treat you like dirt..(well the one in Columbia SC and Atlanta did !)Mike Cash and to all the Swiss Watch Expo team that helped me with my purchase they delivered on a horological story that has great meaning and made it all happen, fast and effectively.
