Im still waiting for my order
Im still waiting for my orderTaken my money and nothing deliveredAppalling customer service.No reply to email, WhatsApp or messenger after waiting 2 days.I now have less money than I had and no food for my dogs

My dog liked the food
My dog liked the food , took him longer to get used to hard kibble as he had softer one before and his stomach is not reacting well to wet food.The reason for 3 stars is price.I recently went to Sainsbury and saw that you can get that food for £6.5 with a Nectar card and people who subscribe are still paying higher price which I think it should be other way around and people who subscribe should have a better offer but apart from that food is good quality

Fabulous service and food!
Delivery is on time, packaging is fab. Arnie, my dog is thriving on the tailored food provided. The company is doing everything right, checking and assuring details and changes are monitored, and it feels that my dog is treated as an individual. Im so pleased with the food and so is Arnie! No food wasted
Delivery always on time. Although slightly more expensive than other brands no meal is wasted and fully enjoyed and is sually proceeded by lots of bouncing around and excited barking prior to eating.
