I've asked repeatedly to switch up my shipments but they won't budge. My pup doesn't touch the kibble but goes crazy for the wet meals, yet they won't let me purchase only the wet version. I'm forking out over eighty pounds monthly and sitting on heaps of uneaten dry food. My dog loves the wet meals though. I'm going to have to stop my membership after this cycle. It's annoying that they won't let customers order exactly what their dog will actually eat and instead force you to take what they think you should buy. I see this complaint constantly online from other unhappy customers

Used to consistently give five stars but the quality of service has declined noticeably. My most recent shipment never showed up and when I kept checking on it, it didn't come before my supply ran dry. Had to reach out to the parent company, Purina, and got bounced around to half a dozen different staff members until someone actually knew what Tails was. There used to be an excellent customer service team available by phone who were always super helpful, but they've gotten rid of that. Now there's only WhatsApp support which responds really slowly. That's problematic when delivery goes wrong. Currently I'm trying to get Max's formula adjusted since he's gaining weight but getting in touch with support has been a real headache. For years I've counted on Tails but now I'm having second thoughts. Really let down by the recent changes

Both my dogs are crazy about the personalized meals. I've got a picky yorkshire terrier who turned his nose up at other brands but absolutely devours this one! The price is a bit steep for two pups but at least I know they're getting something they'll actually eat. Everything arrived without any problems and clearly marked for each dog

The Tails subscription box has been wonderful! Got a 7 kg package which is ideal for my spaniel, plus they offer lots of different treat options. My pup is obsessed with the food. The delivery carrier had a small issue with the box getting slightly banged up, but all the items inside were fine
