Incomplete shipment
Incomplete shipment. "The Fantastic Worlds of Frank Frazetta" was not included, even though the invoice would suggest that it had. Taschen has replied to my inquiry stating that the shipment was complete.Taschen has yet to send the missing book as of 3/23/2026.

Poor delivery service
When I buy something which includes “delivery”, I do not expect to have to drive 100km into a dangerous area to collect the parcel. This is unacceptable and dangerous. This is what happens if you send parcels for delivery by the South African Post Office. You should consider using DHL Express or Aramex or similar couriers which deliver to your door as expected.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Despite the garden gate being open the parcel was pushed under it and visible to everyone who passed by. I am waiting on another parcel and if the same thing happens then l will be contacting the supplier and cancelling all future orders. This is not the way to treat parcels and customers in this day and age.
