The order was over 13 kilos total. It arrived in a soft box that really wasn't appropriate for something that heavy, and the books weren't secured inside. Everything shifted around every time the box moved, causing damage to multiple books, some pretty significant. According to their sales terms, discounted books can only be swapped out, though there's debate about what counts as minor damage. I didn't plan to buy from them again. However, I eventually saw a refund hit my bank account from them for the book I sent back. Turns out I misunderstood their policy on refunds for sale items. My mistake for that.
