our experience so far has not been positive. Communication with the Business Development representative (Isac) has been very limited and it has been difficult to obtain support when issues arise.We have also encountered a number of situations where listings were blocked without prior notification or a clear explanation. In addition, despite being promised a 0% commission arrangement, we have noticed that commission charges have still been applied.In addition, we are increasingly concerned that sellers are not adequately protected from fraudulent buyers. The partial refund mechanism is being misused, which leaves us exposed to repeated losses without proper investigation or support.

Purchased a canvas periodic table so…
Purchased a canvas periodic table so badly printed got a refund but when I questioned how something a poor as this got first reply “it did not contain content prohibited by law” replied this was not the issue got a further reply “the item is not in violation with the law or our internal policies” final suggesting if it doesn’t work contact customer services.My interpretation of the above is we couldn’t care less what sub standard we sell!

I purchased 2 off extra large teatowels…
I purchased 2 off extra large teatowels advertised at 700 x 400, they arrived in good time but were not the size advertised they measure 560 x 380 ie standard tea towels, l would not have bought them if correctly advertised

Temu is disgraceful!!
Temu is disgraceful!!! $300 Aus spent, their courier made a mistake even have it in writing from them saying send them this consignment note, Temu can see obviously... 5 months later communicating with a bullshit robot that runs you around in circles lies and can't read image attachments within thier own system.... I've never received any bullshit free tool kit etc... just two cheap shit products when I have to spend $75..keep away... It's all bullshit... Retail shops might be a bit dearer but gee that will end up saving you more money in the end without total stupidity from temu 😢😡😢

A company that scams their customers
A company that scams their customers! I ordered 160 gold charger plates for my wedding (PO-210-14416781632631476) of a value of £806.21The seller split the order into 6 shipping packages because of the size of the order.The items were incorrectly sized so I did not use them. I tried to return them, but temu demanded them all to be sent as 1 package which was impossible.I then communicated with “Leslie” from their “higher” team, who then provided me with 6 return labels, but these corresponded with 6 of my old orders. I returned my products back as clearly instructed. But only recieved the refunds of those random 6 orders and not for the actual products I wanted to send back.I am now without my products, and £806.21 minus in my bank account.Temu and their seller has scammed me and I will be pursuing legal action against them.

Customer preferences are being ignored
I am about to stop buying from Temu and end our long relationship. Things are becoming harder and harder. They removed free gifts, discount cards, the fish game, set up a limit, and now I'm having trouble with their support chat. I can't chat with the bot anymore. I'm automatically transferred to an agent instead. So for simple things like reactivating coupons, which used to take one second, I now have to spend hours connecting to an agent, sending screenshots of the exact coupon, explaining everything, and repeating myself because they keep asking the same questions. I clearly say I need just one specific coupon reactivated, not all of them, yet I still end up with the wrong coupon or multiple coupons reactivated instead of the one I requested. It's extremely annoying.I created a ticket (1770257582037166) and received a random, generic response saying they want to provide the best service, and then they closed my ticket without fixing anything. They still don’t adjust support based on my preferences, and I still can’t chat with the bot, so I’m forced to waste time with agents. Sometimes I click accidentally and get transferred right away, and the agent keeps messaging even if I don’t respond.I described the situation in detail, and the response I received was simply instructions on how to view my coupons. It literally shows how little attention they pay to what customers actually request.I'm not sure how many stars to give. Normally I would give 4 or 5, but because this issue cannot be resolved and they keep ignoring my preferences, I would give 1 star. If nothing changes, I will probably leave Temu soon.

Temu allows copyright thieves to operate on it's site.
Temu allow 3rd party Chinese companies to steal intellectual property from copyright owners on other sites like RedBubble, and sell shoddy goods using low quality screen grabs instead of the original digital artwork. This has been happening to my wife's work for more than a year. Despite submitting IP violation reports to Temu, the same companies just keep stealing images and scamming the public into buying very inferior products at ridiculously low prices. The prices are so low that people producing the goods must be working for next to nothing. My wife's images take many hours to edit and prepare for product use, they are copyright to her and Temu should not tolerate this behaviour.

Over all dishonest and deceptive practices.
Bought a few bits for laser engraving. Quality was ok, however when I spend £7.99 then get a discount voucher for the same item but its been bumped up to £60 and the discount doesn't even bring it to the original price I purchased it for. So they are bumping the price to show "discount" price so they have clear unethical policies. And the 1p items when you select the 3 items and then have to spend the value of those 3 items before you get the 3 1p items.
