Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time. No help whatsoever. Ignorant staff who refused to help in anyway. Even worse online chat. Complete wasters

App experience
My review is not really about the service, or the variety of offers, but about the app. It’s absolutely horrid to use. It’s janky, ugly and has such slow loading times. When I was filling out my details to upgrade it gave me multiple error messages a long the way. I had to fight with the app to get what I wanted. How is this acceptable for a company worth millions?

Miserable staff
Asked local tesco mobile shop, about getting an extra sim card for a spare mobile phone. Not impressed with attitude of bothAssistants, doing me a favour by giving 5 mins of their time. Ignored me while I was waiting, ignored when he had finished with customer before me. Miserable staff. No suggestions, just we can't help.

Crap service!
I have to say if I could rate 0 I would, the signal on the Isle of Wight and Hampshire is utterly crap! Customer service is non existent to this mobile network! If you have a problem don’t expect to be resolved! Best thing I did was leave Tesco mobile and honestly I switched networks and haven’t suffered with bad signal and data issues since! Use their terms and conditions against them for breach of contract and you can leave free of charge!
