I don't like their ordering process
My dog loves this food but that's not saying much since she also eats out of trash cans any chance she gets. What I don't like about this company is their overly complicated select / order / auto-renew system. They want to send the amount of food they think your dog needs at the frequency they think is right. The customer seems to have little to no control over how much you buy when. I finally discontinued. It's so much easier to buy quality food for dogs in a store and bring it home when you want to.

Our Poodle Loves the Food....
We started our 5 month old female poodle, Sadie, on this food and she is doing great for the past months. Gained 4 lbs, lots of energy. Gobbles it down 3x per day.

They keep hiking up the price!
They have steadily increased my dog’s food price over the years. I have a 4 pound mini dachshund and his monthly food order is now $256 a MONTH! Started out at under $150 monthly. This is ridiculous! I’m done with them Plus my dog has lost 17 teeth from his past two dentals and my vet blamed it on the food and said she’s had other patients dealing with tooth loss as well that are on Farmers Dog.

Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis diagnosis required a food change
My 9 year old Doberman was diagnosed with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. After spending over $5,000 in vet bills I had to change her food from dry to home made boiled chicken, salmon, rice, and broth. I spent every Sunday afternoon cooking up her weekly meals. Once I figured out how much I was spending (not to mention my time) I found Farmer’s Dog. Some people think it’s expensive but I figured out how much I was spending buying the ingredients and making the meals myself and it was less than what I was spending. She has been on Farmer’s Dog for almost a year now and is doing great. She is 9 years old going on 2 ! She acts like the puppy she once was. No gastrointestinal issues at all. She is a Farmer’s Dog for life !

The food is much enjoyed by my dogs
The food is much enjoyed by my dogs. Unfortunately over and over my 100 lb order is left in mailroom. It costs more than $200 yet they use OnTrac for deliveries. I have asked them to leave at my front door. Their carrier doesn’t follow instructions. I can’t carry the box. Food wasted. Have to find a new dog food company

Excellent Dog Food
“Coco has completed her 2-week trial of The Farmers Dog, and she immediately loved the food. My biggest problem is NOT feeding her too much. She’s only 4.5 lb chihuahua, but she paws at her food bowl every few hours for more. Chihuahuas are known for ‘spinning’ when they’re excited, and that’s exactly what she does when she realizes I’m getting her meal ready. She never did that with her other food. She’s naturally full of energy since she’s only a year old, but I noticed within a couple days her energy increased even more. I certainly wasn’t expecting such a reaction, but am thrilled with the results.”

Farmer's Dog is an excellent dog food!
Farmer's Dog is an excellent dog food!! And excellent customer service!! The food is high quality. Also, my dog Rocky passed away with liver cancer and on his last days he was eating Farmer's dog food and it was the only food that his body accepted. Thank you Farmer's dog for the plant that I received on the name of my beloved dog Rocky who passed away.Thank you again!

I know we always hear “ This is the best or that is the best” But I am here to tell you, hands down, this is the best dog food period for your dog!! My Teddy wouldn’t eat anything, no matter how expensive, what I bought or what I cooked him and I was desperate, I seen the Farmers Dog commercial one day ” and said what have I got to lose, he has to eat something, I ordered according to his plan and it was love at first bite. I literally teared up when he finished his plate and he was so happy and the treats, oh he owns it, only ones he has ever eaten. Thank you Farmers Dog so much from me and Teddy for making him happy and healthy, We’re here forever!!💕💕

I have two cavipoos with sensitive stomachs and they are two years old. It has been very rough finding something they will eat. I wish I would have ordered Farmer’s Dog earlier. They are eating, happy, and healthy!!! Thank you so much!!!
