⚠️ Buyer Beware – Misleading “Lifetime Warranty” ⚠️I’m sharing my experience with theguushop.com so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.I bought a Cuban chain from this company (Order #349684) about 5 months ago. The chain has only been worn a handful of times (no more than 5), and it is already coming apart at the clasp. This is clearly a quality or workmanship issue—not normal wear and tear.What’s most disappointing is how the company handled it.They advertise a “lifetime warranty” and claim they stand behind their products. However, when I reached out, I was told I would have to PAY for shipping and PAY for repairs on a defective item.They also:- Incorrectly claimed I’ve owned the chain for a year (not true)- Offered a 35% discount to buy another product instead of fixing the issueThat’s not a warranty—that’s a sales tactic.A real lifetime warranty should cover defects in workmanship, especially within such a short time and minimal use. Passing the cost back to the customer defeats the entire purpose.I’ve purchased over 10 pieces from this company, so this is extremely disappointing.If you’re considering buying from them, be aware:Their “lifetime warranty” does NOT mean what most customers would reasonably expect.#BuyerBeware #CustomerExperience #WarrantyMatter

Misleading Warranty & Rude Customer Service
I had an absolutely frustrating experience with The GUU Shop. I purchased a ring advertised with a “lifetime one-time replacement” guarantee prominently displayed across their site. When a legitimate issue occurred after wearing it ONCE (February 14, 2026, Valentine’s Day event for my military fiancé), their response was dismissive and rude.Instead of honoring their guarantee, they demanded I pay MORE money to send repair materials so I could fix their defective product. From a “lifetime warranty,” they suddenly claimed time limitations and wear-and-tear after one single wear. I sent the photos as well, showing there is literally a stone missing but all surrounding stones are in tact. Wear and tear would have damaged surrounding stones as well due to how they were positioned. Either way 5 hours at a sit down event is not consistent with wear and tear. Regardless of how long the item was in my possession, it was opened in February 2026 and worn once for 4hrs! This is not only illogical but feels deliberately misleading.Communication with support was unprofessional—condescending tone, ignoring key facts I provided, and pushing responsibility back onto me. I’ve spoken to 30+ other customers facing identical issues with their “guarantee.” A class action lawsuit is forming over this exact deceptive practice, and I will be joining.This isn’t about money—it’s about principle. Why be so greedy with loyal customers? Why make customers fix your defective items when you’re the professionals? The policy you never honor is plastered everywhere as false advertising.Buyer beware—do NOT trust their warranty claims.
