This store takes weeks to deliver the product. They claim 2 days, but that is not the case. They also have a false return policy. Beware of this company

Supply of wrong size 7 as against order placed for size 9 and company is unwilling to exchange or return item
Placed order for PowerStep Archwear Sandals - Black Men’s 9. Order number 335426 item PWR- 11146 item held in original packaging, have order sheet as well as packaging sheet showing size as 7 . Had chat as well as sent photos of product company is cheating customers It’s clear mistake of company to have supplied wrongful size. Company confirmed that Sandals were shipped to my address but refused to exchange/ Return Vijay 954-470-0737

Excellent customer service
Ordered 2 special insoles and they were promptly delivered to Sweden. I was not sure what to expect with the website at first but after talking with their customer service (to fix an issue I made with my address) they were very responsive and friendly. Strong recommendation.

Ripped off!!…
Just recieved my Birkenstock insoles and the box was empty!Sealed package so nothing ripped out of it - just the empty box inside the bag Wow that’s a rort and won’t be ordering from this company again - rip off

Never shopping here again
Never shopping here again. I was a first time shopper on this site and bought a pair $100 slippers which were hard as a rock and slippery. I tried to return (brand new condition) but was told no return or exchange option because they were discounted. After pushing hard they agreed to store credit but there is nothing I want from them. I’m sticking with sites like Amazon who don’t force customers to eat it when they don’t want a product. Lost me as a customer for life.

Do not order from this store
Do not order from this store. They shipped the package in a thin envelope with absolutely no protection. The box for the insoles was completely damaged, the insoles damaged also. I don’t understand why these companies can’t invest a buck or two for a bubble mailer at least. Spend the extra couple bucks to order directly from the manufacturers. My guess is they would care about the products they make enough to package them properly for shipping.

Soooo Comfy Daddy
They were pinpoint accurate in addressing the needs of my child. And she said they were “sooooo comfy cozy daddy” so in fact, there was no trouble for her wearing them repeatedly as required.

2 months of waiting for 2 seperate packages original tracking number was invalid for oneFinally have a tracking numbers but both packages seem to be held up for monthsAfter seeing the disclaimer on their site of no responsibility after theyve sent it , i gather this must happen often Dont bother
