Oversized jeans not what I ordered
Placed an order for a pair of re/done jeans. Received item and the jeans are huge. I ordered the size based on the size guide on the site (fits true to size take your normal size). Have bought loads of items over the past 15 years with limited issues. This time based on my new geographical location the outnet's customer service is shocking. I know the item said non returnable as it was a sale item, but the fit is huge. Ordered a UK size 12, the jeans are easily a 16/18, they can't stay up at all. If I were to use a belt they would gather and look horrible. I've probably played my luck too long with the outnet, should have taken notice of the 1 star reviews more. Really bad customer service, especially when dealing with loyal customers.

Non responsive customer service and failure to refund items
Tried to return an order over £700+. After weeks of back and forth with both the Outnet and UPS it turns out UPS lost the parcel. The outnet have completely aired me and UPS have said there is nothing they can do and the Outnet need to speak directly to them. I will never buy from them again

Used the app to make large purchase…
Used the app to make large purchase using klarna. Once payment was made the website glitched and instead of giving me an order number it returned me to the cart saying now one of my items is out of stock. Have contacted OUTNET twice with a reference number and they have been no help my money is on hold as per their refund policy for two weeks!!! But my order isn’t a refund! Also their prices are not cheaper! Item from Zimmermann that’s cost rrp$289 they said rrp is $550 and now on discount for $249. Don’t get ripped off by this website.

Had a great experience with The Outnet
Had a great experience with The Outnet. My parcel got delivered very quick despite coming from Italy. Only took 5 days from the time item was ordered. I loved my dress and it was well-packed. Will surely order from The Outnet again.

Unbelievably poor service. This has put me off ordering again. The numbers of emails and phone calls to return an order has been ridiculous.

Easy to use website with excellent…
Easy to use website with excellent descriptions and photos. You can ring up and speak with a human. Used The OUTNET for many years and always excellent. Returns are very easy. My only small niggle is the length of time it takes to refund money. Never had any issues though.

The worst service I have met
The worst service I have met . returned an item well within THE OUTNET’s return policy.The return was received on 15 January, after I sent it back on 8 January.Without my consent, THE OUTNET processed my refund as a store credit instead of returning the money to my original payment method, which directly contradicts their own Returns Policy (store credit applies only to late returns).I waited over 16 days for a refund, contacted customer support multiple times, and received no response for weeks.After this experience, I do not wish to use THE OUTNET’s services again, and a store credit is not an acceptable solution.This is a clear case of an incorrectly processed refund and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend shopping here.
