This has been awful
This has been awful. I ordered this well long ago and cannot figure out what the heck is going on with it. You use DHL and your emails are impossible to find updating the order. It has just said “in transit” for over a week.

Final Sale buyers beware – listing photos did not show true condition
Extremely disappointing experience – Final Sale buyers bewareThe listing photos appeared to strategically avoid showing the most damaged areas of the bag.I purchased a Chanel Quilted Drawstring Backpack marked as “final sale.”When the bag arrived, I was shocked by the condition. The interior was heavily stained and far dirtier than shown in the listing photos. There were multiple visible stains and discoloration on the lining, and the chain hardware showed noticeable plating wear and damage.The angles and lighting did not accurately reveal the heavily stained interior or the worn hardware. There was no detailed condition report provided.Despite these significant discrepancies, my return request was denied because the item was labeled final sale.For a company that promotes trust and luxury standards, this lack of transparency is deeply concerning. Buyers should be extremely cautious when purchasing final sale items.

Illegally withhold money and misrepresent items
I’m so tired of this company! They are constantly misrepresenting items, I make purchases of $580 for a sweater and the sweater is so scratchy it feels like a $1 thrift store buy. I bought a bag for $1590 and I realized after it had shipped parts were missing. They said they’d do a return to sender. The item was never delivered to me, yet the days later they are withholding my money refusing to give it back ! The are saying UPS hasn’t returned it to them yet, but that’s not on me! I was never in possession and have no control over UPS! This goes against the laws of the FTC and I’m filing a complaint, this is illegal ! This is just one of many bad experiences I’ve had and I’m so over it. I used to be excited to buy thing from here and now it’s a literal nightmare
