Horrible experience I ordered a cylinder head two weeks ago asked for a shipping update it said it would be here January 15th and it hasn’t showed up looked on priority one to see any updates no updates since the 9th this company is a joke and I will never be ordering anything from them ever again there policy is a complete lie

Will never buy or even look to see what thoroughbred diesel ever has ... The worst customer service.. the worst company I have ever dealt with and will never make that same mistake.3600 on a fleece turbo and all the fleece lines to never even get them. And no answer to were they are ...I got the turbo but can't install it without the rest.you would think you would put All of it in the same box.....I will not even by a lock washer from this company.....

I ordered a replacement injector kit with tubes, remanufactured injectors, replacement rocker box gasket and integrated injector seal. From their website, the items were all listed as in stock. 5 days later the injector kit shows up. No gaskets. They didn't show up unit a week later. I requested a refund. What floors me, I have to pay to ship their mis-shipped item back to them? I had to get the gaskets locally. If they weren't in stock, I would have never purchased them to begin with.

I placed an order for a WC upper radiator hose. I entered all my vehicle information using their website. So I picked one of the choices from the first page, not knowing what I actually needed was on the second page. Their marketing web POC needs to update their website and stop customers from ordering the wrong part by accident. I am stuck with a defective part because I had to modify it to drive my vehicle temporarily—no accountability or sympathy. Please stay away from using this site and order your parts directly from the manufacturer they work with.

My experience with Thoroughbred Diesel has been extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish.I placed an order with them on September 4, 2025, and sent an email that same day requesting clarification about the parts before they shipped. That email was never acknowledged or answered, and the order shipped anyway.When I attempted to return the product, I was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee, even though I had tried to get clarification in advance. After multiple emails and providing proof of my original message, they finally agreed to waive the restocking fee — but I still had to pay return shipping.Since returning the product, I have sent several follow-ups asking about the refund status, and they have stopped responding. Their own representatives confirmed that returns “normally run 3–5 business days to process,” yet weeks have passed with no communication or refund issued.At this point I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover the funds.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Thoroughbred Diesel. The lack of communication, refusal to acknowledge correspondence, and failure to process a timely refund show a serious lack of accountability and customer service.If you choose to do business with this company, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing before placing an order.#CustomerExperience #BuyerBeware #ThoroughbredDiesel

My name is Luis I bought a pressure governor for my Dodge Ram 2500 and they sent me a cover for a diesel pump. No one responded to my emails or messages.To return the package, they sent me a label to return it, but since I live in Panama, they charge me $40 for shipping to Miami, which is where my mailbox is located. My question is, did they make a mistake? Why do I have to assume unnecessary expenses?I repeat, this company does not respond to emails or messages. You are left unprotected in your purchase. No one responds.

I ordered a Blue Ox weight distribution hitch on May 2nd through Amazon. Expected delivery for May 8-12. On May 8th, I check my Amazon order to see if it had been shipped from the 3rd party seller Thoroughbred Diesel. It had not. I called them to find out that they DON'T even have any in stock and they may get one around May 19th. I am so thankful that I followed up and found another hitch elsewhere.

I ordered a sensor from Thoroughbred's website about two weeks ago, inevitably I had them cancel the order. After a week of waiting patiently I called and asked for an order status due to the fact I had not received any shipping information. After calling I was transferred several times just to get a simple answer. very unorganized for starters. I was informed the part I ordered was going to be drop shipped from the manufacturer, so asked for a shipping status, and was then informed the part is on back order. there was nothing on their website to indicate any of this or stating in or out of stock, or and back-order status. this was extremely frustrating because I was patiently waiting for a sensor for my truck that is needed to even drive my truck, and I could have ordered it from somewhere else and gotten it much quicker and more efficiently. to sum up I will never due business with Thoroughbred diesel, not exactly living up to the name Thorough.

Be careful when you order on their web site. They will say that you get free shipping but if you don't uncheck a small box you will be charged for "shipping protection plan". When I saw my bill i wondered where that came from so I called them and was told it was to late to cancel it. I asked to talk to a manager and was told they would now refund my card. Just be careful so you don't get stuck for this scam. I also called for advice on what they thought about the items I intended to purchase. Tech support lady was not very helpful about what I needed. Seamed like I was bothering her for help and not very interested in giving me advise.

I CALLED TO CANCEL ORDER ON FRIDAY LESS THAN TWENTY MINUTES AFTER ORDERING THE PART AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. TURNS OUT THEY DIDNT CANCEL THE PART AND I AM NOW RECEIVING THE PART. NOW MORE WORK FOR ME HAVING TO RETURN THE PART. I ACTUALLY CALLED TWICE ABOUT CANCELING THIS PART AND IT STILL IS GETTING SHIPPED TO ME.
