Not very helpful
When our event was canceled, the venue said we'd receive a note from these guys, and of course we didn't. A follow up email to them and they are oblivious to the snowstorm that caused numerous cancelations. Not a proper response to a well-known snow storm.

45 minutes of buying the tickets I…
45 minutes of buying the tickets I found out the seating chart my wife and aren’t sitting together i tried reaching out to they. I couldn’t not find them. It took 3 days to track them down. Long story short the company took the tickets to resell. They didn’t ask for my debit card number. It been 3 weeks, now it’s 2 weeks left to the comedy show. No word on my ticket or my money. I bought each ticket $171. They bought the tickets $122 each and the took $20 for fees. If th tickets are sold I will be paid $100 each. All I ask is to switch my ticket? Because I don’t have $16 for each ticket insurance so I can’t switch seats?

Paying nearly 3 times the original…
Paying nearly 3 times the original price is never fun. The greed is unreal. On the tickets, it said they were priced around 40 dollars. We had to pay about 125 per ticket. Stupid.
