Legit - GET XFER TICKETS

Just bought tickets for Don Toliver's Octane Tour at Crypto arena. Definitely a better and cheaper experience than stub hub which literally makes your heart stop beating because you have to wait the day of the show to see any tickets you spent hundreds on. GET XFER TICKETS. At checkout make sure the seller note includes XFER. It means you get your ticket immediately instead of a few days before the show. I bought the tickets and within a few minutes I already had em in my apple wallet even tho the show is in June. Furthermore, look for "elite sellers." This label means that the seller is so damn reliable that the company acknowledges em as legit. Highly recommend and will definitely use em again.

Buyer beware!!!!

Congratulations you have won your dispute but be assured TickPick will never receive any future orders from me or anyone in my family, extended family, friends or anyone I come in contact with. You could have easily resolved this issue by extending a good faith option of a refund or exchange for another venue so that my wife could celebrate her 80th birthday last September but you chose to stick to your 'fine print'. How greedy!!!

FALSE advertisement on tickets

I purchased tickets that did state GA, but the ticket listed mobile ticket and with seat numbers. I assumed that I purchased tickets that were seats. Once I received the tickets I saw they are not seats. I was advised by the agent that the seller needs to list filler # when listing the tickets. I emailed and a reply from Claudia S, stated it only shows a seat when tickets have been purchased and confirmed. I sent screen shots of several of the tickets that showed seats prior the purchase of the tickets. I would have not purchased tickets if I had known it was standing room only. I assumed general admission followed by seat # meant just that. I provided all the proof to Claudia’s incorrect info, and had asked for a call back, never to receive one and to be told the info does not reflect the screen shots I sent. I will be filing a complaint and disputing this with my credit card company with proof of her emails denying what I was explaining.

Do not buy your tickets from this site

Edit to add to review below: TickPick charges 15% commission if you want to resell your tickets. They also say they have no control over their sellers’ choices to not transfer the tickets until 24 hours prior to the event, though they have contracts with these “brokers.” TickPick continues to refuse to work with customers to try to get them their tickets in hand sooner and you’re dealing with some ghost “broker” who controls whether or not you get your tickets on time, or in a reasonable amount of time to potentially resell and transfer, so buyer beware. Don’t bother wasting time emailing them as well since they’ll just give you stock answers that don’t answer your specific questions. Like “we have buyer trust guarantee.” A refund after the event I didn’t get to attend doesn’t help me if I’ve already spent money on travel so…Do not buy your tickets from this site. After you buy, you get a message that the mobile ticket won’t be transferred to you until the night before the event. You can’t get a refund or cancel after you’ve paid your money but get no ticket, and they say if you don’t get your ticket by the time of the event, they’ll refund you your money. What good is that if you are paying for hotel, transport, and looking forward to a concert, only to potentially not get your tickets because they refuse to transfer the tickets to you until the night before? They also refuse to tell you the seat numbers of your tickets, and blame the seller for all of these issues. They claim that the tickets are from verifiable brokers who have the tickets, but yet can’t tell me the seat numbers because they won’t know until the transfer to me happens? It’s a never ending loop of nonsense and Jadha, the service rep I was speaking with was extremely rude and condescending. Telling me any seat numbers that might have been listed by seller are “filler numbers” and basically talking to me like I’m an idiot because I didn’t know that. Why list filler numbers at all? Just don’t list any numbers. And why let buyers know only after the purchase is complete that tickets won’t be transferred until the night before the event? She tells me it’s because some tickets have transfer restrictions but can’t tell me if these particular tickets do or not. Just lie after lie after lie and then gaslighting me while we’re talking that she didn’t say this or that. I’m trying to get my money back with the event a few weeks away because I have a bad feeling I’m not getting my tickets but they refuse and tell me to resell the tickets that I don’t have on their website for a commission to them. How do I sell tickets I don’t even have? It’s a crazy and messy platform so avoid them. I’ve had so many emails back and forth with them as well, and no resolution. The messaging is “trust us, we won’t deliver the tickets to you yet for a lot of BS reasons (mobile tickets but can’t deliver!) but trust us.” If you took my almost $1k for 2 tickets, but refuse to give me the tickets for a month, yes, I have a problem with that and I would like my money back.

Penalized 200% for first-time listing error despite no harm to buyer

I sold tickets on TickPick and made a minor error listing an adjacent section. I caught it and notified TickPick immediately — 4 days before the event. The buyer had not received the tickets and had not paid for them. There was plenty of time to correct the listing or find the buyer alternatives. Ticket prices actually dropped.Despite no actual harm to anyone, TickPick charged me a penalty fee. When I contacted customer service to explain this was a first-time error and ask for a courtesy waiver or reduction, they [refused / did not respond / offered nothing].Their terms allow penalties up to 200% of the sale price, but charging sellers when no transaction actually completed and no buyer was impacted feels unreasonable. I would have expected at least a warning for a first offense with zero consequences to the buyer.I've used other ticket platforms without issue. Can't recommend TickPick for sellers.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKPICK!!

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKPICK!!First time purchaser and the last time! If you are not aware how Tickpick works, here's the short answer. What you're actully doing is when buying a ticket from TickPick, you're actually buying from the person who bought it and is trying to resell their tickets at a huge highly marked up price on Tickpick. What happened to me was, bought 2 tickets from tickpick, and I wanted to make sure when I received my seating tickets from tickpick that I wanted to verify my seatings at the event by calling the event ticket center office I was going to. Upon my discovery, I was told by the event ticket office that they would not honor the tickets I purchased from tickpick.Long story short, tickpick said the tickets are legit and would not have any issues, but when you have the actual event you are going to saying they would not honor the tickets and I would not be allowed in...well, it kind of gets your attention. So this went back and forth with me stuck in the middle, tickpick saying yes, the other said no, not happening, sorry. You would think tickpick would have known this right?.Well tickpick sent me their policy by-laws, and the event office sent me their policy by-laws. IN A NUT SHELL...I was f'd!I even paid Ins from tickpick XCover when I bought the tickets and XCover, the Ins ticket peeps said they can't do anything sbout it and directed me to get with the purchaser...hmmm tickpick? Basically told me, sorry, and good luck. I spent way too much time and was getting nowhere. Now I'm out of pocket over $200.00 on two useless tickets. The only solution tickpick mentioned was for me resale the tickets, but what I paid for was double the price of the original show...yep, stupid on my part for not checking. This has been a fubar from the get go.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY THE TICKETS FROM VENUE NOT AT TICKPICK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Thanks for reading this, From,Out of Pocket $225.00 😭Follow up: Again, when your tickets are not valid and was told and instructed by the venue that they will NOT honor the tickets....then you have a problem...FIX IT TICKPICK!!!BuyersTrust Guarantee my ASS! In other words...IT'S A SCAM! BUYERS BEWARE!!

One of the worst ticket-buying…

One of the worst ticket-buying experiences I’ve had.I tried to purchase tickets for a group of 10 through TickPick, and the order was cancelled twice, even though the website clearly showed seating available both times. It was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.To make things worse, customer support was totally unhelpful and offered no real explanation or solution. If you’re trying to buy tickets for a group, don’t rely on TickPick—they’re unreliable and poorly managed. I would not use this service again.

Why would you waste your time here

Why would you waste your time here? There are so many other ticket exchange websites to purchase from who know how to treat you. Tickpick by far is the worst ticket purchase experience I ever had. They never delivered my order to me and I had to call them multiple times to get the tickets. They even said replacement order is coming in an hour but even then they did not send anything and I had to call them again over and over. This is purely a s** show and such a waste of money and time to work with these unprofessional people who don't know anything about this industry. Their tech is broken and their API does not work well many times. Please avoid this site and just bay 10% more in other places. that goes a long way.

TICKPICK customers BEWARE of this…

TICKPICK customers BEWARE of this company's lies and scams. I will never use their shady company again. If you sell tickets through their company, you will not get paid! They are working a scam, they first tell you will get paid after the event 2 weeks later. and your money will be credited back to your card on file. The date I was told I would get paid has passed. Instead of getting paid, They told me I needed to sign up for their third party payer HYPERWALLET, as they would be the company who would pay me my money, but that's a lie! I called TICKPICK and they said they can't help me, and that I needed to contact HYPERWALLET. I called them and they said they sent the transaction to my bank. It was not in my bank account, usually any transaction would show up pending. I know that's a lie. I then called my bank, and they said they did not receive a transaction from HYPER WALLET. Side Note: I forgot to mention, when you sign up for hyper wallet, you have to give them your social security number and bank account number in order to get paid.I have used Seat Geek, Stub Hub, and TicketMaster for years and I have never experienced the issues I've had with TICKPICK. They are dishonest scammers that practice deceptive tactics when it comes to paying customers who sold their event tickets through TICKPICK.I'm still waiting to get paid....Everyone should avoid using TICKPICK to sell event ticks. I'm going back to the major 3rd party sellers.

Chack currency

They sell tickets in Canada for Canadian events, posting prices without currency. I ended up paying 40% over the price because it didn't specify it was in USD. Currency was not even shown on the receipt. I found out when I received the charge on my credit card. I called to complain about the lack of transparency with the prices. They say that in the contract says the only use USD, and there is nothing they can do about it. They don't care about inconveniencing a customer, the money is already in their pocket.
