I am an avid cyclist and I ride…
I am an avid cyclist and I ride everywhere with all kinds of stuff and timbuk2 bags are perfect and very well made and thought out designs. I have retired my old messenger bag about 10 years ago and I bought the top of the line timbuk2 and use it everyday. It was showing signs of wear and one of the zippers was broken. I sent it it for a warranty repair, which is lifetime, and they took care of everything and it is as good as new!

Ordered a backpack and got confirmation…
Ordered a backpack and got confirmation but it wasn’t shipped. I had to email a week later to customer service to get unit finally coming to me. Strange.I hope the backpack is good once it gets here. I was hoping they would bit the bullet and next-day ship it to me, but alas, no.

Great experience start to finish.
The design process was easy and I was able to create the bag I wanted. Ordering was smooth and when an issue came up with my order, I was contacted immediately. The service was excellent and was able solve the issue and get my product shipped right away.
