I am a homeschooling mom of multiple kids and like most of us, I am constantly trying to find what works best for my children. Homeschooling is not one size fits all. We try things, we pivot, we adjust. That is literally the entire point.I chose to pay for the annual membership upfront because it was cheaper per child. As a family on a budget, I thought I was making the responsible choice.Within three days, I knew this curriculum was not going to work for my kids. My kindergartener was expected to read instructions independently, which is not developmentally appropriate. My second and fourth graders were confused navigating the program and didn’t know when they were finished for the day. It felt overwhelming and frustrating instead of helpful. So I did what any reasonable homeschool parent would do. I reached out immediately. Not only did they refuse to refund a single dollar, they offered me more time and account credit for a curriculum I had already clearly said does not work for my family. That makes absolutely no sense.I was also told canceling would only stop auto renewal, but then my account showed cancellation notices and warnings about my children’s progress and reports being deleted. The entire experience has been confusing, inconsistent, and honestly really disappointing.Eight hundred dollars is not a small amount of money for a homeschooling family. We are not out here wasting money for fun. We are trying to invest in our kids’ education and do the best we can with what we have.If something is not a good fit within a few days, there should be some level of understanding or flexibility. Instead, it felt like once they had my money, that was it.If you are considering this program, just be absolutely sure it will work for your family before committing, because if it doesn’t, you will not get your money back.Homeschool moms deserve better than this.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Updates are horrible, work doesn’t show as completed until after 24 hours, and customer service stinks. We switched to Miacademy and all my children love it, and so do I!

Oh, last time I've been here it was so much better comparing it to now..1. Takes your money randomly2. Almost impossible to get a refund3. Infused with ai slop everywhere, including in science activites about animals, floating deer with 10 limbs.4. Extremely easy for children to cheat by typing "ActivityComplete()" in the console5. New website they made a partnership was entirely written by AI and probably can be entirely hacked from a a kid learning cybersecurity in high school.6. Copyright infringement literally everywhere, female mario, weird ai link and zelda, and taking stock images without paying and putting them in places that don't make sense.Time4AiSlopAndTakingAllOfYourMoneyWithoutYourConsent.com

I have been with that program for five years. I called them because you used to be able to pause or put an account on hold for the summer, but I was told you couldn't anymore. They wanted us to pay the full amount through the summer, and while we were trying to get a new debit card, we missed one payment. It turns out they deleted all my childrens' reports for the past five years. Now I cannot do transcripts for my oldest. I was told when I signed on that they save those always. Nowhere in their information does it say if you miss a payment they delete your reports, but they are certainly blaming me in their emails.

If I could leave a zero, I would! Technical issues with no one willing to help resolve, schoolwork for high schools that a kindergartner could do, to not being able to get a refund because I paid in FULL!

I wrote two other reviews during the time I could not get ahold of or hear back from them. I mentioned we were contesting the charges. We eventually did get ahold of the office and they denied our request for a refund. It took three times of contesting with the credit card company before we won. Keep trying if you can. I am watching closely to see if I’ll be charged in the future as many reviews have warned to watch out for that. Beware their grading is all AI and it gives false scores half the time. This was thoroughly tested and there is no way to accurately know how your student is doing. If your student is getting consistent 100 percents or consistent 50 percents it means nothing. Try the testing and see if you can get any kind of consistent scoring - you won’t be an able to because it’s all over the place. There is NO answer key for the parents - even though they advertise it - an answer key does not exist. What you get is a note saying to refer to grader feedback. This is unacceptable in every subject but particularly in Math! The grader feedback is ai and half the time a jumble of vague nonsense. The only way this could possibly work with AI is to have zero subjective answers and a direct answer key for the parents. They wouldn’t be able to offer writing and would have to tell their customers to supplement for writing, but at least that way they could offer what they advertise.

Be careful. Company website is misleading. If you give your money - no one will assist and you receive pre written responses back referring you to their fine print terms of service. Once the fineprint is highlighted - its true it says no refunds on certain subscriptions - however they clearly try to mislead parents just looking to find the right curriculums for their children - they could easily note that no refund policy where they advertise the "14 day guarantee." I attempted to cancel because their material/ videos and software is outdated ( looks like it was made like pre 2015), there is no cohesion in their curriculum plans ( meaning when you try to plan tomorrow's lesson for different subjects- the parent needs to put everything together from different sources) unlike other curriculums where you click on tomorrow's lesson and it has the whole lesson planned - with all related pdfs/teaching plans and answer keys sectioned off and 1 click away for the particular lesson. Time4learning website advertises a 14 day guarantee on their product. When you click on annual membership - it does not say anywhere onthe purchase page the annual membership is not included in their guarantee. Instead it shows the 14 day guarantee then brings you to their cart purchase page - where it still does not make that clear. It is buried in their terms page and therefore it is deceptive as a consumer cannot easily and clearly tell that the 14 day satisfaction guarantee is available for someone who purchases a monthly plan but not for someone who purchases a yearly plan.If a refund is offered for the monthly and not the annual- it should be clearly stated on the main purchase page- not hidden in terms of service or tucked at the bottom of webpages- that is the definition of deceptive. The business is hoping people purchase the annual subscription, trial the program and then when they attempt to cancel Time4learning hits them with the following email " Thank you for contacting us, we're happy to help.Per our Terms of Service agreed to upon sign-up, there are no refunds on annual membership purchases. We've made sure that your account will not auto-renew, and you'll have full access to the curriculum and all the site's benefits until your annual plan expires on xxxx"How many customers have they scammed out of hundred of dollars??

Time4Learning charged me $288 for an annual subscription without my knowledge and without appropriately notifying me. But they did notify me the day they took the money out of my account. But why not the day before so I could cancel? And they say they don't refund yearly subscriptions. Shady, unethical business practices.

Fyi for other families...TIME 4 LEARNING charges a renewal thats approx $250 for a year. They don't send you any notice before or after payment and refuse to reimburse you if you want to discontinue their program. In my mind they are no better than a SCAM.Hope this warning helps others. We will never use it again.
