Rome tickets…
We had prebooked and purchased tickets to the colessum in Rome only to received an email on the day before we were due to visit that our tickets had been cancelled. No explanation was given. Given the short notice we were unable to secure alternative tickets for our visit. Also, we had booked tickets to the cauputin crypts which worked fine but when we got there we realised that we had paid almost 3 times the regular price of the ticket at the venue. Would not recommend this company

The actual Frida Kahlo museum and house…
The actual Frida Kahlo museum and house were great and defo worth a visit. However Tiqets charged us for an audio guide and when we got there we were told that this wasn’t the case and there were none available. This was disappointing as we had paid for this service.

Tour Cancelled, No Communication, Stole my money
I booked a premium Tiqets tour because it was clearly advertised as including VIP access and a guided visit inside St. Peter’s Basilica. That was the main reason I paid a much higher price. After payment, I was told the Basilica was not included at all. Tiqets later admitted this was due to a technical issue on their side. In other words, they sold something they could not deliver.Then, one week before the tour, the tour provider on WhatsApp informed me that the tour would not take place, yet I was asked to cancel it myself. I refused and contacted Tiqets immediately.They never replied. As of now, the tour is supposed to take place in two days, and I still have no confirmation, no proper resolution, and no support. They still have my money.

The only thing we got was wasted time!
We tried to book tickets to Galleria Borghese in Rome through Tiqets. Three times they cancelled our tickets after we paid for them, each time giving us some bogus reason, yet every time when we went back to the website, there were still tickets available - for a slightly higher price. Don’t waste your time with this company!

Good Experience
Our guide was on time and entry into the Louvre was made quickly. The guide offered us a place to store coats and backpacks. The guide was very knowledgeable about art, and the knowledge he shared was very interesting. Obviously the Louvre is a huge place and we saw only a small fraction with the guide, but the quick entry and knowledge shared made it worthwhile. Unless you have a degree in art history, I would recommend this tour to you.

Convenient, easy, great instructions, and great prices!
A friend used this on a recent trip and suggested I use it. Once I got it I realized the prices were great and the convenience was a real plus. All your tickets are in the app. Every listing has lots of reviews that are very helpful, and the instructions included with the ticket are very clear and helpful with directions and options. I’m going on another trip with my family and I suggested to them that we use this app because it’s so convenient.

EASY TO FIND APPROPRIATE TOUR
The pass to 3 sites in Florence was perfect. It was easy to find this ticket which was just what I wanted as I didn't want a fully guided tour. Clear instructions about where to go. All worked well as I wanted to see some but not all of the exhibits in thd Ufizzi. Audio guide was useful.
