I ordered the tires and wheels…
I ordered the tires and wheels expecting to have to bring them to a shop to get mounted and balanced. They called me back and asked if I wanted them set up so all I would have to do is mount them. Very happy with the customer service and will recommend them to my friends.

Good buying experience, delivery less so this time.
This is the third time I've bought tires from Tire Rack. As before, I really liked the online buying experience - researching tire options, choosing my selection and placing the order for delivery to my local garage.One small nit - this time around: After placing my order, I learned from the garage that they are closed on Mondays (the day scheduled for delivery of the tires). Thereafter I phoned Tire Rack and explained that no one would be able to sign for the delivery and requested it be delivered the next day (Tuesday). Unfortunately, who ever made the delivery (FedEx? UPS?) did in fact drop off the tires at the garage on Monday. Fortunately for me, after receiving a text about the delivery from you, I called the owner of the garage, and she made a special trip there to retrieve the tires and securely put them in a safe storage place.

Price was great, ordered the night before and order was ready for pick up following day, pulled up to loading dock and they loaded up tires quickly, all the way around felt blessed to have found Tire Rack
