Disgusted with resolving my issues with opened products. the boxes they arrived in were ripped and after inspection, I had some concerns these were not new items. Customer service offered no support in solving this issue except for a $25 giftcard. which I will never be using this company again. I understand that some products have an oily film but 2 of these products had something other than that and another one had the inside plastic bag cut opened. as for Hygienic products, this is unacceptable! Go somewhere else that actually takes these things seriously and offers QUALITY products!

I have been a long-time customer, particularly as it claims to be entirely (wo)managed and staffed by females. Its products are always reliable; each may not meet my goal, but then each consumer is different. The "good" products are really excellent, the ones that didn't meet my expectations are my problem: the product is still first-quality. I'm new to anal play, and TT has been uniformly first-rate in the quality and therefore dependability of its offerings. The sex toy industry has bern emerging from the shadows; TT shines brightest for me!

Seriously if I could give them 0 I would. 3 products later and still no working product, plus I had to pay extra shipping for the third one. When I told them I would be writing a review they offered another "one time" replacement for yet another $12.95 shipping. Uh no thank you, I want a refund why would I spend another shipping charge to get yet another defective product. Please people tag the reviews. Do not give this company your money. There are other companies out there who are much better to purchase from.

Regarding the "The Rose" product, I encountered functionality issues. Despite contacting customer service, and their prompt response in providing a replacement, the second unit also failed to operate. I verified the power source by using new batteries, despite assurances of product testing prior to shipment. Consequently, both products are non-functional, and I did not receive the complimentary item offered. I returned both items, and never received a refund. Needless to say I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I was able to get an exchange very easily, just had to pay shipping on the replacement products. Fantastic customer service, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had purchased $80 worth of items. It was sent to the wrong apartment building. I went to the apartment building I was told it was delivered to. I checked the mail room and asked the front desk and they said they did not have it. I asked for a refund and they refused to give it because usps said they had delivered it successfully. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Now $80 are down the drain.

Spent $59.11 with the $16.95 shipping. The 3 products that required batteries were junk. 1 did not work at all, the other two would not shut off unless you removed the batteries completely. I contacted customer service within a few hours of delivery. I was told no refunds, no exceptions. The $16.95 express shipping was my items tossed in a $10 FedEx flat rate envelope. Not discrete as guaranteed. I purchased 5 items total, 2 items were cleaning supplies to be used with the product. Since products are not in working order I requested a refund. EXTREMELY hateful staff members who accused me of fraud by telling them I was going to contact my credit card company. Their response was to offer me a $17 credit.. on a $59 order.

I was out of town because my wife’s grandmother was dying and when I got home and had the email stating my package was delivered and left on my front door there was no package at all. I contacted customer service for s as refund since I never received said product and they told me there was nothing they could do besides send me a replacement since their system says it was marked delivered. SCREW THIS COMPANY!
