Excellent Customer Service
This company was so easy to work with: Professional, Punctual, Great Follow Up, Excellent Prices. I purchased a custom printed Tablecloth and it's beautiful. I will definitely be back to order more.

Colors Off and Items Unavailable After Placing Order
First, I placed an order only to be contacted later and told part of the order was unavailable (shirts). Not a huge deal. I ordered colored tissue paper, which came in and was perfect, so that was great! We also ordered personalized napkins. When the napkins came in, the colors were WAY off. We ordered napkins with a blue image and napkins with an orange image. The blue was slightly off from the sample I received, but they were still usable. The orange, however, was almost a neon orange and nothing like what was shown on the swatch. The color was so far off we could not use the items for the event (the colors needed to be similar to a specific color palette). I asked for a partial refund, stating I would have to reorder from another company because we could not use them (I specifically asked for 25%, which I thought was more than fair). I was denied and offered a 10% refund, and the rep referred me to the terms and conditions I agreed to upon ordering. I was well aware that the terms stated colors may be slightly off due to the nature of dye lots, material thickness, and finish and that I would have to accept minor manufacturing defects (almost the exact wording of the terms). However, had I known the color would be so far off and that we would have wasted $400 on napkins I would not have placed an order with TP in general. Just not a great experience overall.

Our order arrived before it said it would, even during the rush of Christmas looming! Our mugs were beautifully printed, but you also get what you pay for as the scratch easily.

Bad Experience
I have ordered many custom-label lip balms over many years. This was my first disappointing experience. I ordered white letters on click black background. I received white letters on dull, matte gray background, and about 25% of the tubes had bubbles in the labels. The return process was arduous. I spoke to someone, chatted and emailed. I was finally informed that gray was the new "black" due to a new manufacturer. I was required to send photos and then asked to send more photos of numerous labels with bubbles. I was eventually sent new tubes of lip balm, and somehow I actually received shiny black labels on this batch. I guess they got the old manufacturer to print these. I will not use Totally Promotional again.

The koozies are great quality
The koozies are great quality. We had a minor issue with the logo and the company reached out to us and made it right! They stand behind there product and that’s hard to come by these days. Will purchase again.

There were pieces of pen and other…
There were pieces of pen and other portions of the notebooks in the bottom of the box. I couldn't figure out which notebook they came out of so am left wondering if I am giving defective parts out to my customers.

I ordered last minute for our sons 25th…
I ordered last minute for our sons 25th birthday celebration. I was able to get an inexpensive, custom printed, slim can coozie ordered, completed, and delivered in one week. Everything looked great, everyone at the party enjoyed the custom coozie, and I will definitely buy from Totally Professional again. Give them a try.
