Do not order from this website... I ordered a 500 dollar item from this site. The item arrived defective. I emailed them the same day the item arrived defective with pictures proving the item was defective. They responded with they have to get in contact with the manufacturer to be able to give me a solution. I contacted the manufacturer after that response and was told that they should be able to exchange the item and then deal with the them after hand about the defective item. I responded with what the manufacturer told me and they continued to tell me that they had to contact the manufacturer before giving me a solution. I was then sent a UPS label to send the item back. I sent the item back with full transparency letting them know the item was repackaged back in all of its original packaging and dropped off at UPS. Emailed them the weekend after for an update on a solution with no response. I even suggested I did not understand why they could not just send another item in their inventory to me for an exchange. So I’m out the item now and 500 dollars currently. I have now asked for a full refund and will be taking my business elsewhere. Like some of these other reviews on here have stated they make the return/exchange process a hassle. DO NOT ORDER from them!

I have just completed a 1000 piece jigsaw named Giza Sunrise. It was an interesting puzzle to do, but unfortunately there was 1 piece missing and 1 extra piece I did not need. As there was no large picture of the puzzle in the box it was more difficult to complete it.

Sent me two broken replicas. Returned them, and they sent me the wrong sized replicas. This company is a fraud.

worst company I have dealt with in a long time. I ordered two basketball cards to arrive in time for Christmas. They sent two totally different cards, with much lower value. Dealing now with returning those, and just want my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOYNK! Goods will not arrive as ordered, and fixing issues is a HUGE pain. Find another company to find what you are looking for.

A new puzzle right out of the box had several pieces that had the graphic portion broken off. When contacting the company, their response clearly showed no one read the complaint and sent a form-type of response. After I pointed out how they didn't actually read what I wrote, there was no more response. Will never buy their products again.

This is my experience Bought a wallet. After the wait for the delivery, I was on chock when I saw they send me a paper wallet, nothing to do with the pictures they had posted. After filling a claim they 1st told me that they will refund half my money, then they said they will not refund me the money. Thieves! Careful who you do business with

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a puzzle from this company on Amazon and there were pieces missing. When I reached out to the comment they told me there was nothing they can do since I didn’t purchase directly from Toynk. Toynk sells their items on Amazon but won’t take accountability for their damage items!

My son won a PS5 from a comic con in Lafayette, Louisiana. We took him to comic con for his birthday, and he had $100 to spend from his grandmother. He decided to buy a surprise box from toynk for $90 with a chance to win a ps5. We throughly checked the box for the winning ticket 3 separate times, including one of the men working the booth. We understood it was a risk, and were fine with not winning. The next day, we went to day 2 of comic con and stopped by the booth. They told us all boxes were sold, but no one had claimed the prize, so we should check our boxes again *my husband and my son's friend had also purchased these boxes. We returned to our car to check the 3 boxes we had, nothing. We drove the 1.5 hours back home, and as we were unpacking my son's surprise box and breaking the box down, the "golden ticket" winning the ps5 was under the folded bottom flaps of the box, only visible when you break the box. My husband immediately made a post on facebook, messaged toynk, called the woman putting on comic con, and messaged someone we knew working a booth at comic con. Comic con was closing in 30 minutes, and we were 1.5 hours away. The volunteer we knew went to tell the men working the booth. They assured her if we message toynk, we could get the prize and this happens "all the time". (I bet when it is so well hidden in the box!) After several days, toynk asked us for our address, photos of the front and back of the winning ticket, etc. Then a week later, we were messaged back saying the prize was claimed at the site. How could it have been claimed the last 30 minutes of comic con? The entire thing feels scammy, and we have a very disappointed son who went from jumping up and down excited he won, to upset he won't get the prize. I do not know if the workers just stole the prize and told corporate it was claimed or what, but if you ever buy one of these boxes, tear the entire box apart--they clearly were trying to have the ticket not be found.
