I'm warning everyone to stay away from this site. I spent $500 on an item that arrived broken. I sent photos immediately explaining the damage. Their response was they needed to contact the manufacturer first. When I reached out to the manufacturer myself, they said Toynk could just send me a replacement from stock and sort it out with the maker later. I told Toynk this but they kept insisting they had to get the manufacturer involved first. Eventually they sent me a return label. I shipped the item back in perfect condition with all original packaging and sent them tracking confirmation. I emailed for an update the following weekend and got nothing. When I asked why they couldn't just swap it out with something they already had, they didn't budge. Now I'm stuck without my item and out five hundred dollars. I've demanded a full refund and won't be shopping there anymore.

We bought a surprise box at a comic con event in Louisiana for my son's birthday with hopes of winning a PS5. My husband, our son, and a friend all purchased boxes. We looked through them multiple times at the booth and back home but didn't find anything.
