Brilliant customer service
Reported fault and immediately a replacement was dispatched and added to me account as soon as I switched it on. Great service. Won't let my dog out without her tracker on

Best tracker…
We have had a Tractive tracker for over 2 years. On a couple of occasions we have had to use it to find our dog. We purchased our second one for our puppy last month, and yesterday the tracker came into great use again. If you only have to use it once then for me it has paid for itself. It’s a great tracker and gives you peace of mind when out walking. Would 100% recommend it.
