The support staff here are always helpful and professional. They got back to me right away, which was awesome. The new cat tracker looks pretty cool too!

Such a comforting gadget knowing we can see exactly where our furry family member is whenever we need to. It fits nicely onto the collar and harness so we can confidently let him roam off leash on walks. We've been using it for half a decade and would never head out the door without it.

I made a mistake when upgrading from my larger model to the Dog 6, not realizing my subscription would transfer with the old device. Once I activated the new subscription, it vanished when my return got processed. Support stepped in super quick and explained everything clearly, then sorted me out with a fresh subscription. All sorted now!

Had an excellent experience working with their support staff. They were responsive, professional, and really took time to understand what I was dealing with. Found a solution that worked perfectly without creating any problems. It's nice knowing they've got your back when it comes to your pet's safety. Would definitely recommend based on their service.

After hunting around for the right tracking solution, I'm thrilled I picked Tractive. Setup was straightforward, and their support team is there whenever you need help. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the actual product is built really well.

Really appreciated the detailed instructions that helped me get my tracker up and running properly. Having a cat that loves to slip outside, it's such a relief being able to monitor his whereabouts anytime.

The tracker performs well overall, but I wish it would refresh the location data more frequently. I've also noticed occasional false alerts when my pup hasn't actually crossed the boundary line I set up.

The tracking performance is fantastic with immediate location refresh, even when we're in the most isolated spots of mid Wales. Adventures in the hills and woods feel safer knowing I can always see his location. The built in health monitoring and the social leaderboard feature both fantastic. Nothing but good things.

Love this tracker for its real time location updates, even in really remote areas here in mid Wales. When we're out exploring nature, it gives me confidence knowing exactly where my dog is. The health tracking and fun leaderboard feature are great bonuses. Top notch product.

They responded incredibly fast, and the whole staff showed genuine concern for my pet throughout the whole experience.

This tracker is fantastic and my cat doesn't mind wearing it at all.
