Transformer Table and Bench
We received our transformer table two weeks ago and we love the design and the functionality of the table and the bench. Moreover, the bench we received a a hairline crack on it. We reached out to the company and one of their representatives, Marie B. reached out within 24 hours. Her email communications were prompt and within 72 hours we got confirmation that a replacement bench will be sent out to us. That speaks to the company standing behind its products as well as its commitment to customer service.

We had a transformer table panel scratch issue. The customer service representative Marie B contacted the warranty department and emailed us the progress in a timely manner; Marie demonstrated excellent service and we are very satisfied with both the service and our beautiful transformer table.

Rare to See Service Like This Today
I had a great experience with Solomon from Transformer Table. I originally purchased my chairs back in 2022, and recently needed a replacement part. Their team went above and beyond to help me out and are sending the part under warranty without any hassle.It’s not often you see this level of customer service years after a purchase. They stood behind their product and made the process easy and stress-free.Highly recommend them, not just for the quality of their furniture, but for how they take care of their customers.

Great Customer Service!
I had paid using PayPal and forgotten to update the shipping address. I made one phone call and was routed through their automated system. I was prepared for a frustrating experience but in short order, the system recognized that I needed live assistance. I was able to speak to a real-live person within minutes. Jenifar updated my address and sent a confirmation email immediately. Perfect customer service scenario. Other companies could learn from Transformer's system!
