It is a realy bad company

It is a realy bad company. They advertise with low prices. Once you filled all data in and want to proceed paying the flight is "sold out".This is not an error, they do it to get you to their site and hoping you make a misstake.

Non-existent support on Traveloka

No one really answers your phone call though the hotline numbers are listed on their app. Tried multiple times today. The chat option sends you in circle using automation, while no real agent sits there to chat with you. If you file for refund or reschedule on the app, the app simply keeps extending the time by which a response can be expected. And finally it just cancels. E-mails are replied some time, some other time - they only send you first automated e-mail. They reply as per their convenience or not at all. No real SLA exists.Harrowing experience with Traveloka to say the least. All jazz, but only for booking. After that God forbid if you need any support of any type, it just doesn't exist. None. Zippo.

Never book flight from this company i…

Never book flight from this company i booked a flight and paid through pay id and it still showing waiting for payment i tried to contact through online chat waited 2 hrs no response and emailed them still no response now only way to get my money back is to go through bank

No Customer Support

No Customer Support, No Response for Weeks, Extremely Frustrating Experience!Extremely poor customer service experience with Traveloka.I have a booking (ID: 1299910063) for a Hanoi – Melbourne round trip and submitted a support request (#46971584) on March 2, 2026 regarding a refund or reschedule after my Australian visa was refused.Since then, I have received absolutely no response.What is most frustrating is that there is effectively NO way to contact Traveloka:- Live chat has completely ignored my requests for over three weeks- Their support email is no longer in operation (auto-reply says it was discontinued from March 11, 2025)- Calling their hotline does not connect me to an agent and only redirects me back to live chatCustomers are left with no working support channel.I had to contact Vietnam Airlines and the ticketing agent myself, and they confirmed that any refund or reschedule must be processed by Traveloka. However, Traveloka has taken no action and provided zero updates.This is unacceptable for a time-sensitive issue involving international flight tickets.Very disappointed and frustrated.

Unfair refund and lack of transparency

I rarely write reviews, but this experience with Traveloka was too frustrating to ignore.I canceled my booking immediately and tried to do everything right. But instead of getting clear support, I was pushed back and forth between Traveloka and the airline, with no clear responsibility from either side.Even though part of the ticket was refundable, most of the money was deducted as “fees” without a transparent explanation.What’s most concerning is that Traveloka says they cannot guarantee the refund amount, even though they are the platform that received the payment.This kind of experience makes it very hard to trust the service. Please be cautious when booking flights through Traveloka.

I booked and paid for the fast track…

I booked and paid for the fast track assistance service at Ho Chi Minh Airport through Travelooka, and I noticed on my credit card a few weeks later that they had cancelled it and refunded it. They did not send me any communication that they were going to cancel or had done so, nothing at all! If I hadn't noticed that cancellation I would've been at the airport and possibly missed my flight because I did not have the fast track voucher that I thought I had.. I also spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to figure out what had happened and I was disconnected and no one bothered to call me back even though they knew who I was and they had my details.. Appalling customer service! So BEWARE with this company. Not impressed.

It has been a complete nightmare…

It has been a complete nightmare dealing with these guy. My flight was reschedule by the airline and no longer aligns with my other flight booking. After 5 day, 20 emails and hours on the phone I've still not been able to rebook my flight to a time that suits. My advice is to use anyone other that Traveloka

Refund Scam on Canceled flight

I booked round trip tickets for a flight for 8 people from Jogjakarta to Karimunjawa. We are now stuck on Karimunjawa since the airline cancelled the return flight and does not have a new flight scheduled that we can reschedule. Traveloka says they've got our back. But what they really mean is they've got their hand in our back pocket. They tell us we get a full refund but apparently that means they will only give us 75% of what we paid. We didn't ask for the cancellation. What service fee does traveloka feel like they are entitled to keep when an airline cancels their (Traveloka's) customer's flight. Like always with traveloka, customer service is useless, and like anything in Indonesia, everything is always someone else's fault. The lack of responsibility is sickening but not at all surprising. I will never use traveloka again.

Correction name can’t process

Correction name can’t process, traveloka ask me to refund. But it takes a long time to wait for. I pay 31miilon rupiah , just got refund 9million and have to buy new ticket. How could name correction just can do for 1 passenger, and 2 others can’t. This charge is too high . Very disappointed for this service . Please review again, i am strongly not recommended for purchase on traveloka. Ask airlines, it said the correction must be requested by traveloka, but traveloka said the correction depending on airline regulations and rejected for this request. But why do 1 passanger they approved. 2 passengers have to refund, these are correction name too. For traveloka and asiana airlines; you have bad sevices without any clearly explanation to customer.

Stranded in the rain after using traveloka to book in Ine no Funaya Miyabi

Used Traveloka to book a hotel in Japan. I recieved no email from the hotel like I would on other booking sites but traveloka definitely charged me the 1 night rate. I'm not even sure if the hotel was aware we booked a room...We When we showed up at the hotel no one was there (it was closed at 7pm) and no one answered our calls. We were stranded in the rain at night with no hotel. They did not give us a refund or help us get a refund from the hotel. I would never use this site again and would instead use booking.com, agoda or literally any other site. If I could give zero stars I would.
