Always have felt you are very fair in what you cover. However my monthly premium for my cat is more than my own medical!!

Thankful for Trupanion
We are so thankful we have Trupanion as our pet insurance. It does help with a lot of medical financial responsibilities and they are so easy to work with. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Trupanion!

For $60/mo premium this policy paid $6…
For $60/mo premium this policy paid $6 on a 171.00 bill! The premium amounts are laughable and cost almost as much as human ins. lol ppl should realize if they save that money each month they would have money to pay for a vet bill. With the deductibles and for what it pays it’s absolutely not worth it! They are taking ppls hard earned money for something they DO NOT need. Put the premium you would pay in an account that earns interest and save it for that rainy day when and if it comes. Ty Joy

Easy to file claim
It is very easy to file a claim and they are very quick to respond. I have submitted claims after paying out of pocket and have been reimbursed without much delay. They are also always available and friendly to help with any questions. I recently had a claim filed by the vet and paid the difference. It was extemely fast!

Claims were processed and paid quickly
Trupanion responded to both the estimates from emergency vet clinic and orthopaedic surgeon for my dog's fractured femur promptly, processed the claims, and paid all within a few days. I'm so relieved that I chose Trupanion years ago.

The ease of submitting an invoice is easy, that is a plus. The negative part is practically nothing is covered. I would not do this again, if I get another pet.

The company helped us in time of need
The company helped us in time of need. Once they became aware of dogs problem they worked directly with emergency and surgical staff. Answered the few questions I had promptly.Sure glad they were on our team.

GO WITH ANYONE ELSE, 1.18 BBB rating for a reason
I have had to fight tooth and nail to have ANYTHING covered. Often it's as though they haven't even read the filing. Go check their Better Business Bureau reviews, seriously do yourself a favor and go with anyone else.
