They somehow concluded my original claim about the heart condition was actually for an eye problem, which makes no medical sense. How would a vet order heart imaging for eye issues? With premiums of nearly $100 a month for one cat, it seems reasonable to expect better attention to medical records and actual competence from the company.
This company denies coverage way too often. The premiums are pricier than alternatives and just keep going up each year while you get less coverage. They market themselves as always available and ready to help, but then they find ways to deny claims that other companies would pay. Really disappointed with how they operate.
