free version is useless
Free version is now useless, moved to proton free version.

Such a shame
Used to be really good, but since the last update it's now absolutely useless. Would not recommend anymore.

Used to be a 5 star, post Dec 2025 I'd give it zero if I could, trying to force people to pay (or you could just a get a good paid/free VPN)

Does not work , bad site
I loaded tunnel bear to have access to BBC iplayer from India but it is blocked. Do not use do not recommend.

Worst VPN on the market
Worst VPN on the market . I took it for 2 things . Instagram jailbreak clones and p2p downloading . Both are not working. I took another provider , works perfectly fine . U can’t find a worst service online , just don’t do it

Christmas Miracle
Wow, what a great move to "lock" the freeware version on Christmas and leave only "fastest" route which no one sane uses in the first place?At least tell people in advance that you are cutting down the free version completely, so we can find the replacement?Just a scum move, I remember three-four years ago this company actually cared about the consumers.Just sad.Merry Christmas lol.

Suddently closed off all the free…
Suddently closed off all the free servers and make all tunnels to foreign country premium (you have to pay). They did not send any email regarding that change !
