BOT customer service useless

Whole order cold and the weirdest burnt jacket potato I’ve ever seen and no drinks. BOT response and no way of escalating to get a proper response. Weird response from the driver when tipped cash like he’d never seen cash before.

Driver sent a black picture

Rediculous that the food was 2 hours late. Then the driver sent a black picture, saying food was delivered but no food! This is FRAUD deluxe and the lack of action from Uber eats supports this type of behavior! Buyers beware, you are taking a risk with these people.

Lost order but charged for trying to find it

Less than one star. Ordered dinner for four and the driver dropped offer a dinner for one from a totally different restaurant. The driver was still there when we caught the order, took the wrong order but did not have ours. The restaurant was very good about it and refunded the order. UberEats could not sort us out however and sent us to their resolution group, "JustAnswer". Now I just found that JustAnswer charged us $43 for the pleasure of telling us that they could not sort it out either. Just ... f--ing... Wonderful. You mess up, ok it happens. You can't sort it out, that does to on occasion. You charge me for the attempt? No forgiveness there at all.

Very disappointing experience with Uber…

Very disappointing experience with Uber Eats and Kaspa’s (Eltham branch).An order was never delivered but marked as completed by the driver.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, Uber Eats refused a refund, claiming the driver followed their policy.Kaspa’s did not properly intervene or take responsibility.£32 lost, no food, no accountability. Please think twice before ordering.

I use to be a driver as of 3 days ago…

I use to be a driver as of 3 days ago they let me go cause of acceptance rates of orders that were $1.50 $3.00 orders my acceptance rating was 85 and they wanted 89 so I learned you can not decline any orders so Uber driver’s they will kick you off and permanently be fired it messed up

Uber Eats is not fit for purpose

Uber Eats is nowhere near fit for purpose. 4 out of 5 orders are incorrect. The service is horrendous. Everything about their business model is fundamentally flawed. Call the restaurant or takeaway and make the order direct. Stop giving these thieving, tax dodging companies money for delivering a chronically sub standard service.

Food left waiting 45+ minutes due to no…

Food left waiting 45+ minutes due to no drivers – charged anywayI ordered food which was prepared and ready, but it sat waiting for a driver for over 45 minutes because none were available. During this time, the estimated delivery time kept changing.When I contacted customer support, I was told to keep waiting and was not allowed to cancel without being charged, despite the delay being entirely due to Uber’s driver availability. No offer of a fresh replacement or meaningful resolution was provided.Being charged for food that is no longer fresh due to a logistics failure is not acceptable. I’ve attached a screenshot of the conversation to show exactly how this was handled.Very disappointing experience.
