Pre-everything, Wet and wavy hair
The wig arrived within the promised 7 days, which I appreciated. The pre-everything lace is honestly one of the best parts — very convenient and truly put-on-and-go. My only concern is the hair density and shedding. It is curly hair, so shedding is expected, but it was heavier than I’d like. Customer service was responsive, professional, and kind, which made the experience better overall. I’d recommend with realistic expectations.

I'm so disappointed in Unice wig…
I'm so disappointed in Unice wig company with me being a first time costumer to be Scam by them. I placed a order for 2 of their lace front pre plucked wigs and when I received my order on February 4, 2026 it was a wig that I didn't order a whole nother wig with 2 colors in it. That's not what I ordered I didn't even get the 2 wigs that I paid almost 200 dollars for and upon that there is no number to contact them but a BS computer voice and link that they ask questions which I have yet to hear back from them and I even emailed them twice and still no response 😞. I'm one that usually don't order wigs online but throught I would give it a try cause the advertising is wonderful about their wigs. Then I come on here and see all the reviews from other costumers going through the same thing. Money is sometimes hard to come by and to be ripped off by this company is sad y'all need to be ashamed of yourself for doing this to people. And no need to send me the same BS automatic response y'all been sending everyone. Send me my money back that's what you do

I had problems with ordering a wig but…
I had problems with ordering a wig but this time I went through a lot of trouble I brought the wig through Zip and I was paying and I looked on Uniece website and it was canceled I had to email your company and tell them I didn’t cancel the wig I ordered the wig January 15 and received it yesterday and really I don’t like the wig but I got it that’s all that matters you guys corrected the problem
