If I could leave zero stars I would! I have never had so many issues with not receiving my packages other than with this company. They are always late even if I pay for next day shipping which cost me $77 they end up losing it or delay it for some reason which is horrible because the order was worth $300 each time. Another package was lost and then they found it the same day and now it’s still not being delivered it was for two day delivery it’s now been 6 days and they said it won’t be out for delivery today. I have had an issue with every single package I have used UPS. This is insane, I highly do NOT recommend using them if you need your package within a week time because you won’t get it. Definitely make sure you add extra insurance on your packages that way when it doesn’t arrive you have it covered.Customer service is clueless and is never any help as well.

UPS customer support the worst I know of any company I’ve dealt with . I had a charge of £84.12 in December . After contacting them asking what the charge was for, heard nothing until the 7th of January where I had an apology for late response and told that they were working on my query ,only to hear nothing for another month until today, I’ve received a late payment charge. Do not use them. use any other courier but this one.

UPS is thew worst company in the shipping industry. Lose more packages then USPS and most employees are over paid and under worked. Federal goverment needs to shut down this group of idiots

My package from replica sabers was delayed by over 1 week. It was stuck at their depot for no reason and no one would help locate it or resolve my issue.It was finally delivered 1 week later without my tracking even updating. Very disappointing

Impossible to find a place to return a parcel, they are either closed or only have lockers for tiny boxes. My package is not large, its a shoebox size only.... very frustrating!

I am NOT the least bit interested in their double talk excuses and reasons. JUST DO BETTER. My package from Los Angeles to Sacramento, should NEVER have been routed to NEW JERSEY where it is still sitting going on 5 days. Sender and recipient are only 400 miles apart in the same state, yet the package took a 2,761 insanely ridiculous miles detour. BTW, I still haven't received the parcel. It's been sitting on the East coast while I wait on the West coast. smhAnd no, it was NOT shipped UPS Ground Saver.

My package was meant to be here on the 5th still haven’t received it payed import charges when was not informed there would be any tracking showing it’s been at Stanford le hope GB for 3 days saying it’s at clearance and hasn’t moved now I don’t have a date for delivery

This time, as with every time that I receive a delivery, its always dropped in front of our gate although I'm premium member and it clearly states in writing to leave at garage. Please read before dropping off!

Still waiting at 10:25pm for a parcel originally expected to be delivered up to 12 hours ago. Why does any company choose to use UPS. Total waste of space and time.
