Quality product and customer care.
Always great quality and the customer support was incredible, shout out to Imelda. I accidentally had the order going to the wrong address and immediately was able to help. Urban Stems imo is better than most typical flower delivery options. Great variety, options with vases, and some nice add-ons to include.

Great customer support!
I had a disappointing experience with UrbanStems due to unclear communication about separate shipments, which affected a special occasion.That said, Jhoanna was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and professional throughout the process. She communicated clearly, showed genuine care, and did her best to support me despite the situation. Her customer service truly stood out!

Great customer service experience
I ordered a beautiful bouquet that arrived from urban stems. Many of the flowers in the bouquet were already wilting or broken and not up to the great quality. I reached out to the customer service and they promptly addressed the issue and offer to send out a replacement bouquet. Thank you CAROL for you’re quick attention to this and for such an easy customer service experience
