Such a rip off!!
Such a rip off!!! I did not know I had to have a12 month subscription and I want to cancel. I want an email confirming the exact last date I will be charged.

US website?????
Like some customer stated in previous reviews, the US website is not working. My US account has remaining balance of account credit and now I can’t use it! I tried contacting customer services several times and they said they were gonna raise this issue for me and let me know within 3-5 business days. NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACT ME AFTER.

The US web link is no longer working, it’s been weeks and no one is fixing it. There is no way for me to shop as it kept saying not allowed to ship to my destination.Really disappointed

There is something wrong with your website. It took me multiple attempts to place this order. And tell me why can’t US customers pre-order your advent calendar? I’ve tried over and over and never been successful. Very frustrating.
