I have recently acquired an oil that has a different scent compared to a friend's oil. I have been in communication with Nuxe customer service to facilitate the return of the product. The return process has been quite challenging, and as of now, I have not been successful in returning it. This has been a disappointing experience, and I do not plan on being a repeat customer.

I have ordered from Nuxe US for at least three years and was always pleased with their speedy deliveries. However, my luck with them has apparently changed. In my last order of four items, one of them (the eye balm) turned out to be a totally empty jar. I emailed their customer service, took photos as requested, sent the batch number, but have heard nothing in a week and a half. I’m surprised by their lack of concern toward a repeat customer with a valid and very aggravating issue!

I never Write reviews usually but I feel like I have to write one for what happened as this is a level of greediness I have never seen before !!! I have always ordered from this company countless products I use on a daily basis. Lately I have been having problems with my orders that get lost or damaged. I ordered using cyber Monday promo for micellar water, qualified for a free oil, I learn from usps that my package was damaged and they relabeled, it, when it was delivered I had received only one micellar water missing 2 more items. God knows if it was stolen, or maybe not even shipped correctly by this company in the first place, who knows I don’t trust them anymore. Anyways Going back and forth with their customer service, they decided to refund me a discounted micellar water and said that to make up for the oil they will credit my account 5$ SMH lol. A proper company resend your package or refunds you the whole price, because they know the promo is gone period. but no now that the discount is over they know I’ll have to pay full price plus shipping for that item. Greedy people ! and as I said you can keep your 5 dollars.

I placed an order last week and paid extra for express shipping. The package was due to arrive two days ago but I never received the package. I sent an email (since you cannot call them directly!) to Nuxe regarding this situation and they never responded. I'm now chasing down FedEx on my own to try to get the packaged delivered. Nuxe obviously doesn't care about their customers. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I am protected and will get a refund if the package has been lost or damaged. Don't bother buying directly from the Nuxe website, there are other online retailers and stores that you can buy from. I won't bother shopping on their own website ever again.

My order came broken, so I emailed the customer service. And their customer service is super suck. They said I should refuse the parcel if it came broken. That was so stupid for replying. The USPS just left the package in front of my house, so how can I refuse it????? They asked for the picture, I sent it right away, but still there’s no reply from them.

I wish I could give this company less than one star. They are HORRIFIC to deal with! DO NOT purchase from them. I ordered a body lotion and developed a reaction. I contacted customer service 4 times, including in the UK to no avail. On the fifth try, someone answered saying they never saw my emails. They put my in contact with someone from France to review my claims and photos of the reaction. They promised to get back to me in 48 hours. It has been two more weeks and I still have not heard even though I keep contacting them. STAY AWAY!!!!

Purchased the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse dry oil after seeing it on Tiktok. The product came with a postcard which states "Changed your mind? Returns and Refunds are possible to 14 days after receiving the parcel". 2 days after receiving the parcel and of course, trying the product, I realized the scent made me nauseous and made my skin itch. So per Nuxe's instructions, I sent a message through their website of my wish to return. No reply. I sent another message. 72 hours later, they replied stating that they don't accept returns if the product was used and opened. I replied and said of course I had to open and try the product because how else will I know if I like it or not. They never replied back. I'm assuming they are waiting for the 14 days to lapse so they won't issue me any refund. Lesson learned... don't ever buy from their website. Their products can now be purchased cheaper through Amazon anyway and with Prime membership, with free returns.

I ordered several products on Jan 4,2022 for over $100. I still have not received it nor a replacement or a refund. Instead they are telling me to submit order information repeatedly, which I have provided and still no results. Nuxe has horrible customer service, a difficult way to get in touch with anyone and no telephone number to talk with a person. I shall never order from them directly again. Their products are available on Amazon.com.

I really need to read the reviews before I start shopping online from now on. I had one of the worst customer service experience at nuxe.com, never receive the products I ordered and the shipping status has been showing "en route" for a month. Contacted them about 10 times with exact same answer "we've escalated your case, we'll get back in touch within 24-48 hours with an update", and nothing, not a peep from them since. No replacement been sent or refund but as an US consumer, you can dispute the charge via your credit card company if you never receive the product. Furthermore, you can file a complaint & investigation via Federal Trade Commission (google "report fraud ftc.gov")

I contacted their online help, as I had a question about shipping and placing my order for $150+ dollars. I explained I couldn't change the shipping to expedited in the online checkout and was told to "try again later in future weeks". What? Is that how you do business? Keep your products, I won't risk not receiving them. Horrible communication for a US site.
