I've sent two emails and the response times have been disappointing. The first one took until Monday when I sent it Thursday, and the second one sent Friday still hasn't gotten a reply by Tuesday. The customer service is really slow. Also, they only communicate through email which isn't very practical. Wish they offered phone support as a faster alternative.
