Zuhaad Zahid was amazing
Zuhaad Zahid was amazing. I was having trouble with a particular aspect of switching my service from another carrier. Because of the specific situation, he chatted with me for almost 2 hours. He was positive and uplifting the entire time. Never ruffled, never irritated, never rushing me. Without him I never would have been able to get it done. Thank you so much for your help. You deserve a million stars!

100% Satisfied
i've had nothing but great expirience with US Mobile. Their customer service is great. I was assisted by Zuhaad Zahid and he was nothing but amazing. I don't plan on switching from US mobile due to their great pricing and customer service!

US Mobile phone service
US Mobile offers interesting promotions with three different networks, and they do have flexible tariffs. However, the main issue is the very weak signal. Even when you’re near a mast, it only shows two bars, and incoming calls sometimes don’t come through properly. I contacted support, but the situation didn’t improve. So, unfortunately, for that price, the service quality doesn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend them if you need a reliable connection.
