disappointed

I am disappointed with my recent experience with the United States Postal Service regarding a lost Certified Mail item and the subsequent refund process.After the letter was deemed lost, I was advised to submit a refund request for the full postage amount of $10.44. However, I received only $5.30, without any explanation or itemized breakdown. I made several attempts to obtain clarification through online inquiries, email, and phone support, but was unable to receive a clear or consistent response.In addition to the incomplete refund, the loss of this item caused delays in an important project, requiring us to obtain and reprocess original signed documents.I would encourage USPS to improve transparency in its refund calculations and provide more effective customer support for resolving claim-related issues. Clear communication and accountability would significantly improve the customer experience.

Why my package has been sitting for 3 days at the Chicago regional facility is beyond me. I didn't realize priority shipping meant wait a week or longer for your package otherwise I would not have paid for it. USPS is a worthless service

I've complained multiple times at the Blackstock post office about the driver that does the route and I guess nothing is being done I ask if they pick up mail if we put in our box and the nice lady inside said yes but for some reason the driver refuses too pick it up he or she just rides by and the flag is up so plz help me understand why this keeps happening

Oh dear, what a disaster!!!

My review seems pointless in this sea of negatives but maybe we can all track my parcel together LG001086759US. I'm in the UK & we have some dodgy couriers of our own but I've never had a problem with our main mail service. The above package is off eBay & I noticed the sellers feedbacks nearly ALL saying package was lost & he re sent it. I was wondering if he was marking as dispatched immediately to earn eBay's quick dispatch brownie points, then really dispatching at his leisure but now I'm not so sure. The above package is "first class international mail & hasn't moved for 5 days!!! Why does he still use USPS??? The only thing I can think of is that it must be easy to get his money back??? What he is selling is quite finite & he seems content to lose them even though he is supposedly getting his money back. The other weird thing is the tracking status, "Package acceptance pending". When you track it says that, you check what it means & it says they haven't sorted through packages. It then also says they don't have it on the same page!!! Sounds like they're being deliberately confusing!!! Also sounds like it's being run like this as an excuse for privatisation. It couldn't run any worse after can it, & that's the point!!!

Worst Mail carrier service

Absolutely one of the worst male carrier services out there. I don’t know why a competitor hasn’t challenge them. I don’t even know why they are still in business. They are extremely rude. They don’t have proper instructions on how to get items that are lost in transit. They don’t take responsibility when they lose packages. Not only that the amount of junk mail that they put in my mailbox the amount of times I’ve told them that certain people do not live at my address anymore and yet I still receive their mail which puts a tamper in my mail. Just absolutely hate USPS.

Lost mails

important mails like checks, debit/credit cards, ownerships docs keep getting lost for years. Multiple filed complaints bring no improvements to service. Their offices do no pick up calls.
